Beautiful location. People were very friendly and helpful. It is old building so there were some random sound but it was manageable to sleep through.

Book in was a little slow due to only one clerk and a lot of people. Room was comfy though for new travellers who don't know about inserting cards to get access to power, it would have been nice for the clerk to advise of this in any event, whether known or not. There was no kitchenette which made things difficult and filling up the kettle in the bathroom was a little yuck to me. The room had no plates or cutlery, which was a shame. Hotel parking is listed as 'first come first served with paid options closeby' (literally a car park across the road) but people were parked everywhere in the carpark making it difficult to navigate, including parking directly in the left side of the driveway to exit. Overall it was a decent stay overnight. Bed was comfy and shower was pretty good.

Zentral zur City, direkt bzw. durch Straße und (nicht befahrene Bahnlinie) getrennt an Strandpromenade/ Coastal Walkway. Nette Einrichtung. Zu empfehlen.

Large room with a comfortable king size bed. Hotel is located directly across the street from the Costal Walkway and is located within walking distance of just about everything in the City Centre. Property has some wear and tear and needs some TLC is certain areas. We did have an issue with staff at the onsite restaurant Salt for dinner that we addressed with management; otherwise, a good stay. We would consider staying here in the future.

Chose this place for the price. Comfortable, clean, cozy, excellent location. Will stay here next time, too.

Very convenient location close to Main Street and sea / Good restaurant at the hotel too.

Great location with easy walking to ocean front walkway, restaurants, museums, bike rental, post, and shopping. Do not expect a front ocean view room. The 1st floor restaurant/bar does have fantastic indoor/outdoor seating overlooking the Tasman Sea and surrounding area.

Nice place to stay, convenient location. Only issue for us was easy and free parking - the carpark was full when we came back from being out. We didn't get told when we checked in where else to park, so wasn't until later when I waited and asked the receptionist where else I could park. It was slightly around the corner and not under cover like everyone else. Also understand that the staff park in where guests should be able too - which isn't a good look or experience!
