We have already stayed at this hotel 3 times, in November 2023, in February and March 2024. The staff is always polite, friendly. I liked the fact that an omelet is prepared for breakfast, as some tourists from Kazakhstan cannot eat Indian dishes because of its sharpness, but I like spicy dishes, so there were no problems, all the dishes are delicious. I hope you will also welcome guests from Kazakhstan in the future.

Das Hotel ist das nächstgelegene zum Flughafen, nur 10 Minuten Fahrt entfernt, also sehr praktisch für lange Zwischenstopps. Das Personal ist freundlich und effizient. Der Swimmingpool ist sauber, schön und hübsch, das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig und sauber. Dieses Hotel wird auch von Stewardessen und Mitarbeitern von Fluggesellschaften wie Indigo genutzt.

Wir checkten um 11 Uhr aus und als wir runtergingen, verlängerten sie unseren Check-out auf 14 Uhr. Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön. Die Bauweise des Anwesens hat mir sehr gefallen. Sehr üppig und prächtig.

I found this 3 star hotel by Google close to the Delhi airport “free airport shuttle” which was not correct and the only hotel that I saw who advertised this on Google searching hotels near Delhi airport… I had to spend the night after not able to board a flight back to USA Sunday morning at 12:20 AM on the morning of December 3 but on the evening of December 2. I was only able to reserve a room from December 3-4 on line. Not a problem at all. I asked someone from the information desk to please help me with how much more it would cost to check in immediately around 2 AM… They said 2,500 rupees more. No problem at all. I was excited to be able to have the opportunity to sleep comfortably. I was welcomed by their front desk staff and immediately escorted to my room which I slept very comfortably for 8 hours after taking a shower. When I woke up I showered again before going out to explore the Aerocity Area around me. Rakes at the front desk was very polite and accommodating with things to do around me in the short visit that I had in Aerocity. He recommended going to World Mark I at Aerocity which I found the cutest airline restaurant and bar called “The Social.” When I returned to my hotel Rakes greeted me with a smile and helped me check out asking about how his recommendations were. They were fantastic I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff at Hotel Purple Orchid enough. I enjoyed resting so comfortably at this hotel while walking to so many other places close to me!

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es ist ein schönes, modernes und sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel. Der Fokus war das Personal, das oben und darüber ging, um unseren Aufenthalt komfortabel zu machen. Service ist unglaublich! Die Restaurants haben eine fantastische Küche und das Personal der Restaurants sind wieder schön!
