Ich fange mit den positiven Aspekten an. Das Personal gibt sein Bestes und ist freundlich. Gute Sanitäranlagen und für indische Verhältnisse insgesamt nicht dreckig. Das Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert. Schreckliche Lage, immer laut, dreckig, nichts in der Nähe. Die Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert 20 Minuten. Das Wasser ist warm, nicht heiß. Die Bettwäsche schien nicht gewaschen worden zu sein. Es ist nicht weiß. Ich habe auf Handtüchern geschlafen, es kam mir sogar so vor, als würde mich nachts etwas beißen, vielleicht Bettwanzen. Vielleicht auch nicht. Ich werde nicht noch einmal dorthin zurückkehren. Aber im Allgemeinen ist alles fair, wenn Sie nicht anmaßend sind.

The hotel is nice not far from Cannaught place/city centre. The room was clean and bathroom was good newly renovated. Worthy of the money paid. The food is very good / especially the indian breakfast and Indian food. The staff is nice and very polite.

During the check-in, we had some misunderstanding with the staff because we had booked a room with two separate same size beds, but the staff fixed the problem. The location is good, a little far from the main Bazar, but this street is not so fuzzy, and there is more transport accessible than in the small streets of the main bazaar. The room was big, but the window was just 0.5 m away from the wall of the neighboring building. But I have absolutely have no idea why the price is so high for this type of accommodation.

非常方便，走出門口右邊有吃的，到體育館都很近。房間乾淨，但空調滴水要注意 前台友善。還提升了商務房間。

Hotel Location was perfect and very close to major attractions of the Delhi (specially old and lutyens delhi). The room in which i have stayed was specious and very well appointmented with all the amenities i needed. Staff was attentive and helpful and the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, easy recommendation.

A very good hotel where I stayed in October 2024 for two weeks (international meeting). As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed and settled into rooms. The staff was warm, competent and above all attentive. I highly recommend for your future stays in Delhi.

Mr. Munna in the travel desk was very helpful and arranged everything to our needs and for sure we are coming back! Amazing! The Hotel Staff and Management were also very helpful highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit New Delhi! It will be nice if the rooms have small coffee machines (capsules/pods) as I am a coffee drinker. Amazing!

Best hotel in the city centre.they have travel desk which Munna is operating tours of different parts of India,especially day trips to Agra and golden triangle tours.the prices are very reasonable,you can check yourself and find the difference I highly recommend Munna and the hotel the pearl.

Excellent service and all the Hotel management, staff and Munna Bhai at Travel Desk were amazing and very professional. Information provided locally by the management and places of interest by Munna Bhai was of high standard. I will definitely recommend friends, family and business associates to book this hotel during their stay in Delhi.

Location on a busy main road could be constraints but closer to karolbagh, railway stations is a plus. Food was great from quality and quantity perspective. Overall a good short stay

Everything is superior n fabulous.. N rooms are very neatly maintained n one more thing s food quality was superb n staff members r very supportive n well behave with the customers...we r Happy to stayed in ds hotel.. Near About or walking distance from New Delhi Station hotel stay is superb room is nice cleanness is super I think superb hotel in this area food also very tasty over all good from all point of view front desk also cooperative and polity but no smoking Rooms

Tv and hot water were not available on one of the two days of our two night stay whereas with children, tv and hot water are a must.
