Sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut und das Restaurant im B1 fantastisch. Der Preis war super und der Geschmack auch! Der Service war gut, ich hoffe nur, dass alle Leistungen gleich sind, denn manche waren super, andere eher mittelmäßig. Prajat war der Beste und hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Das Beste war auch die Isolierung. Es drang kein Lärm ins Zimmer, was fantastisch war, da der Verkehr in Neu-Delhi schrecklich ist und es sehr laut ist, aber das Zimmer ist absolut schallisoliert!!! Super!

Sehr kleines Hotel. Leere Räume und vor allem keine gute Belüftung. Am Morgen war das Fenster von innen völlig beschlagen, sehr feucht und feucht.

The location was quite inconvenient — everything seemed far and hard to get to. The hotel itself didn’t really live up to what you’d expect from a star-rated chain; service, staff, and food were all just okay. Not a major issue, but overall, the area doesn’t make it a place I’d choose to stay again.

A wrong picture is displayed as hotel frontage on trip.com. It tantamounts to cheating the customer. When I reached there, found it to be a very small hotel in a practically isolated neighbourhood. Cockroaches in the washroom greeted me and an order for tea at 10.30 wasn’t delivered till 12.00. Check out too was clumsy with receptionist asking for money despite me completing the payment on trip.com

My recent stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico was far from satisfactory. The hotel is located in a narrow lane, making parking a major hassle. Waterlogging was also a recurring problem during my visit. The room sizes are incredibly small, with barely any space to move around. Cleanliness is a significant issue here; the lobby carpet was dirty, and the first room we were given had a filthy toilet and a malfunctioning safe. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room, but it had a musty smell due to moisture and dampness. Finally, we were shifted to a third room, which was slightly better but still very small, especially the washroom. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it.
