I get small room in the back of hotel no windows,breakfast is expensive when compare with quality.

Das Hotel liegt im wohlhabenden Viertel Sundar Nagar. Eine geschlossene Wohnanlage mit Sicherheit auf jedem einzelnen Grundstück. Das Hotel war während unseres Aufenthalts vom 5. bis 8. November sehr ruhig. Wir waren hier für den CWC 2023. Das Zimmer war sauber - Zweibettzimmer. Bei der Ankunft war Shweta sehr freundlich und empfahl uns Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch Edward der Nachtschicht unterstützt dies aufmerksam. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und es dauerte zwei Anrufe und fast eine Stunde, bis jemand reagierte – kein guter erster Eindruck. Wir haben Aloo Paratha zum Frühstück gegessen - sehr lecker. Sie haben auch darauf geachtet, wie wir unseren Tee wollten, das war wieder perfekt - gut gemacht, La Sagarita-Team. Negativ zu vermerken ist, dass das Hotel einen 45-minütigen Stromausfall erlitt. Als Gäste erhielten wir außer einem Schulterzucken keine Benachrichtigung oder Informationen vom Personal. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Notstromgenerator defekt ist. Schlecht vom Hotel, keinen Ersatzgenerator zu unterhalten. Als die Stromversorgung wiederhergestellt war, stellten wir fest, dass kein heißes Wasser verfügbar war. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Boiler eingeschaltet sei, es aber einige Zeit dauern würde, das Wasser zu erhitzen. Am Morgen war das Wasser noch kalt und wir mussten kalt duschen. Das Hotel hat uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt darüber informiert. Das ist eine schlechte Anstrengung. Das Hotel muss die Gäste beraten und informieren. Das Team ist zahlenmäßig klein, scheint aber nicht proaktiv zu sein. Wir baten um ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, das aber erst ankam, als wir von einem Tagesausflug zurückkamen. Auf Nachfrage antwortete der Mitarbeiter, er hätte es vergessen! Die Betten erfordern dringend eine Matratzenerneuerung. Unsere Matratzen hatten aufgrund der Nutzung/des Alters eine V-Form und waren sehr unbequem. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass es sich bei dem Hotel um ein Boutique-Hotel handelt. Eher ein einfaches 3-Sterne-Hotel in einer sehr schönen Gegend von Delhi. Einfaches Hotel, das akzeptabel ist.

Meine Zeit im La Sagrita war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ausgezeichnet. Obwohl die Zimmer und Einrichtungen gut waren, ist das, was dieses Hotel wirklich von den anderen abhebt, die ausgezeichnete Lage und das Personal. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist fantastisch. Es liegt versteckt in einem sehr ruhigen, schönen und sicheren Teil der Stadt, der wie eine kleine Oase wirkt. Es ermöglicht Ihnen, neue Energie zu tanken, bevor Sie sich wieder auf den Weg ins Getümmel der Stadt machen. In einer der geschäftigsten Städte Indiens ist es schön, abends einen erholsamen Rückzugsort zu finden. Außerdem liegt es zentral zu vielen beliebten Gegenden der Stadt, darunter Denkmäler, Tempel, Märkte und Restaurants. Das Personal dieses Hotels hat dieses Hotel für mich wirklich zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Jeder, der hier arbeitet, ist professionell, freundlich, respektvoll und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Sweta und Edward an der Rezeption gaben ihr Bestes, um mir das Gefühl zu geben, willkommen zu sein und mir bei meinem ersten Besuch in Indien dabei zu helfen, mich in Delhi zurechtzufinden – sie gaben mir vom ersten Tag an das Gefühl, zur Familie zu gehören. Auch das restliche Personal, darunter der sehr freundliche Frontwächter, die Kellner usw. waren erstklassig. Ich würde in dieses Hotel zurückkehren und es weiterempfehlen, einfach wegen des hervorragenden Personals. Vielen Dank an alle für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Delhi!

La Sagrita is a lovely, comfortable, chic little hotel (19 rooms), in the safe, quiet neighbourhood of Sunder Nagar, New Delhi. Although Sunder Nagar has the very busy Mathura Road running alongside, the hotel is well away from the noise of traffic. Sundar Nagar backs onto the Zoological Gardens, and is a tranquil oasis in the centre of a hectic and frenetic city, even during Diwali celebrations! The Staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. Our lack of Hindi proved no barrier as excellent English is spoken by several staff members. The rooms (101 & 102) were extremely comfortable, bathrooms very clean and well appointed - one of the very few occasions that I have needed to turn a shower power DOWN rather than wishing for more of a cascade. On one late morning rising I encountered a delay until hot water was available, other than that, no issues. We had the great pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner, Hemant Ahuja, and his lovely wife Nalini. We were delighted to have stayed at La Sagrita. Our stay there was wonderful, and we felt very much embraced within the hotel-family by everyone we met.

We attended a wedding in New Delhi and found this place through a Google search. The wedding planner had booked this hotel for other family members, and we decided to stay here as well. Overall, I would rate it 4/5. Location: The hotel is located near the zoo, in a very quiet area. Despite being close to a major road, you don’t hear the traffic, which was a nice surprise. The location is great, with the zoo and Humayun's Tomb nearby, and the railway station is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it convenient for trips to Agra. Many guests here are from outside India, which speaks to the property’s popularity for international visitors. Check-in & Room: Check-in was smooth. We had already paid in full, and the front desk had all the details ready. We also had a WhatsApp number for easy communication. The room was spacious, and the AC worked very well. We didn’t spend much time in the room since we were out most of the day, but it was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast was simple, which I didn’t mind, but there were issues with timing and service. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but they didn’t always meet that time. With only two people cooking, there was a long wait for food. The staff wasn’t very receptive to communication through the kitchen door, and they didn’t visit our table. While the staff was friendly, the breakfast service could definitely be improved. This is why I’m not rating it 5/5. Food: The food quality was good but quite expensive compared to restaurants outside the hotel. My sincere advice would be to eat out and just come back here to sleep. Conclusion: Overall, this property offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a great location. The service could be improved, especially at breakfast, but it’s still a solid choice for travelers, especially those visiting the nearby attractions.

Hotel is situated in good area Sunder Nagar. Accessibility is good. We stayed here for a night waste of money. Rooms were good but lacked maintanence .and lack of staff one hard working person doing most of the jobs.they did not have a proper chef.Stains on furniture.Most disappointing was the restaurant service when we ordered dinner. It was a night mare horrible experience no taste and one portion has 4 piece of paneer served dry papad like chapati . Cutlery was dirty. When we asked the staff & the manager for everything they had an excuse this is our policy .Low level of hospitality. After complaining about the dinner. Also at the checkin we were given option for breakfast which was included in the plan. Juice , choice of cereals stuff paratha quantity is all measured . Overall Pricing of everything does not justify the service & food quantity and quality. A big scam they are cheating.I strongly recommend not to stay at this property.

The hotel is situated in a posh yet quaint location, in the lap of nature. The hotel amenities are of high standard. The staff is very enthusiastic and helpful and serve with love and care. The rooms are spacious and are well-kept. Top-class hotel and highly recommended.

Poor management. Receptionists is helpful Ms.Sweta but staff is don't like to work due to poor management and poor manager whose no control on there staff they are not giving services even breakfast complete but water not coming you have to do all by your self only. So I didn't recommend to book here

Very nice place to stay. Hospitality is one of the keywords of this place, management and staff Surroundig is quiet and near a litlle park. The distance to the centre of the city is small The rooms are roomy and clean Breakfast, lunch and diner possibilities are available and good.

Clean comfortable hotel, very well situated for exploring the city - yet in a quiet classy area with garden squares and birds tweeting. Friendly staff. Dinner available - simple but nice. Really good value. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Delhi.

This truly is the diamond you've been searching for in Delhi. Clean, welcoming rooms, excellent, friendly staff in a location that you will find NO WHERE ELSE in India! Green lawn, fresh air, park across street, safe, gated community. Tuk-tuks await at the end of the clean street to take you anywhere you need to go in the city. Breakfast was excellent, and served in a nice bright breakfast room. Any needs were quickly met, and without the fawning and waiting for tips that you would get at a 5-star mega-hotel. I didn't bring a power adapter for USB port, and the desk manager gave me his personal one to borrow. I didn't know how to assemble my saree for the wedding, and Shweeta was quick to pin me up and send me on my way! Namita and Hemant do a GREAT job running this one-of-a-kind boutique hotel.

I stayed for three nights here and had a wonderful time. This boutique hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds but also within walking distance of historical sites such as the gate, Humayun's Tomb and the Lodhi gardens. A short car ride will take you to many more attractions and landmarks. Akshardham is two miles away, although traffic should be taken into account. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable and I was always able to get a good night's sleep. Room service and the food were good, I enjoyed their Hyderabadi biryani. What stood out the most though was the hospitality given. The staff here was very inviting and attentive, especially Sweta at the front desk who was helpful in recommending where and when to go for anything. I also had the privilege of meeting the owners, who were very kind and informative, and they told me that this hotel was newly reopened and were looking to build business back up. I wish them all the best and if ever I'm back in New Delhi, I'll definitely stay here again.

I discover LaSagrita a long time ago and since my first stay there, when I am inDelhi (at least once per year) I always stay at "LaSagrita". I like the surroundings so calm and secure. I like the rooms: clean and big, I like the staff: friendly and efficient. Also I really appreciated the help they gave us once when we had forgotten in the securebox in the room our valuables and had realized that after we arrive at the airport .....something we do not forget.....
