food was good but not so clean room, not well managed, bellboy told to taxi driver wrong location and ask more money on the way.

Отель был закрыт . По приеду дверь была закрыта свет выключен . Пришлось без интернета искать новый отель , связалась с отелем сказали что открыты и деньги не вернут за проживание

The room was dirty, curtains had stains on them. Lots of mosquitoes too ! i had booked the room just for it's close proximity to the airport. Basic cleanliness must be maintained.

Though staffs were quite friendly and having helping nature, the inside room (bed, table, floor) was not clean properly while check-in.

Rooms and facilities are nice/as expected, the restaurant with the breakfast buffet and dinner is also very good. The food is tasty and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay, would recommend and come back in the future.
