This place is pretty good and the service isn't bad at all but it's the last day I was there that made me upset with the place. I had been there for 4 days already and had no issues. Went to pay for another day and they proceeded to tell my partner that we cannot stay due to a past stay....my partner supposedly smoked in the room and cannot stay there now. Why after letting us stay for multiple days?!?!?!? I. Get the reason and everything but should not have been ok to make us leave after allowing several days already with not a sine problem.

It’s ok the location is the. Closest to the river on mill or the Guadalupe you can get an Uber for like $8 from there go the river

The rooms are noisy and the continental breakfast was subpar bit the beds were comfortable enough to rate the room as average.

The floor was dirty and didn’t get enough towels and the free breakfast didn’t have coffee??? Every hotel I have stayed at has coffee

Nothing really. The tub didn't drain. We tested a king bed and got 2 double beds that were hard to sleep on with 2 grown people.

A/C and heat was either very hot or very cold and very very loud. There was no adjusting the old unit, haven't seen one of these in many years, The desk chair was assembled with the arms backwards! Very uncomfortable chair. Forget about drinking the nasty coffee in your room, yuck!

This place is in bad need of remodel, the shower curtains about to fall off the wall, so is the tile rack the drain stopper is missing in the sink and the tile in the bathroom floors all cracked up.

This Hotel is SUPER NICE, the front desk employee was very nice and helpful. This Hotel is Super Clean and looks new. We enjoyed our stay there. The young man in the front desk was very nice!

There free breakfast was cereal and little Debbies. They closed the breakfast 15 min early.

It felt dirty. There was holes in the sheets and covers. The bathroom tile was cracked, gross, and the toilet seat was chipped. We had to call the police due to the noise coming from the next room since management could not control it.

You could see the dust piled on furniture. The restroom was dirty in the corners, and you could tell the shower is not properly cleaned. I was not looking for these things, they were just so obvious.

Everything was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean. The air conditioner was on. We had a very good spot. You can see the parking lot from the window. We felt safe all the time. I must admit after I booked it I was a little concerned about some of the reviews, but everything was perfect and what a great price!! Two thumbs up from this guy

our room was very dirty upon arrival. our checkout was at 11, and cleaners were at our room knocking loudly at 8am. definitely would NOT recommend.

It was the most horrible place i have ever stayed, we checked in and room was not ready so they gave us another room, once we got to the room it smelled horrible. They had not cleaned the fridge and it had rotten food stains, we opened fridge and it made the entire room smelled called front desk to get it changed. Maintenance guy comes switched the fridge for a smaller one. Starts to clean the floor with a rag and use the same rag to clean the sink area. The sink area had a urine smell, shower drainage was not flowing. We will take a shower and water was stuck on the tub, floors were dirty. On the website mentioned continental breakfast they only had coffe bread and cereal. And the list keeps going, don't waste you money at this trashy place
