Clean and neat. Good stay for the business trip. Breakfast was ok. Not many choices but enough for light meal. Shower booth was spacious and there was a soap and bodywash. Gym was in the other hotel but swimming pool was in the hotel. Near by the mall which is very convenient. I'll visit again.

I have seen an arrogance in a person like a saw with Simphiwe at front desk today. I simply asked for breakfast/lunch form, the guy just threw a pen on the desk infront of me. His job must be the most important job in Mbombela. This type of behavior needs diversity and inclusion program. Otherwise the place is clean and other staff members are great.

Got booked on a business trip here for one night.There is no juice a reception when you tell the receptionist they tell you to walk to pick and pay at 40 degrees heat. Ok, never mind that, lines to reception weren’t working just to go ask for an iron and ask reception to show me how to operate their air con which doesn’t have a remote. Personnel got sent and never greeted just switched the air con without bothering to demonstrate how it operates.Then got told “when you done with iron leave it outside NOW”!! I honestly can’t wait to checkout first thing in the morning and never look back!!!
