Dining area comfortably seats 8, while the kitchen bar and stools provide additional seating. With 5 bedrooms there is room for everyone! The top level holds a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a full, private bathroom. The 3rd level includes a queen bedroom as well as an additional bedroom with four (4) bunk beds, both of which share a full hall bathroom. The 3rd level also hosts a very comfortable King suite which includes a large private bathroom with jetted tub and a private balcony, perfect for relaxing. Another King master bedroom is located on the 4th floor, offering privacy and a quiet space. Mattresses were selected for comfort and the bedding designed for warmth. The knives are sharp, pots are new, and if you'd rather spend your day on the hiking trails or slopes, the crockpot feeds a crowd. The dining table expands to seat 8, and the large, plush leather sofa in the living area is a great space to pile in for movie night. The stone wood-burning fireplace is available for your use, and we've included instructions that make it easy to have a crackling fire in no time (wood not incl). The BlueTooth surround sound system hooks to your phone with the touch of a button, and the house is stocked with books and games. We've even supplied a telescope for stargazing and wildlife spotting! It's easy to come in, curl up, and feel at home. Your welcome and check in is contactless, for your safety and privacy. Parking is simple, three spots right in front of the home. No long walks lugging groceries or gear - the front door is 3 steps from the parking area. You'll have access to the full house, with the exception of the locked owner's closet and basement storage area.The cabin, like most Wintergreen properties, does not have central air. It is typically 10-20 degrees cooler on the mountain than in the valley, and because of that, guests are usually very comfortable just opening the windows. There are two high powered fans in each room if you like it cooler. This property is about 1230 square feet. It is designed to accommodate families, and is not well suited to groups of 8 adults. We are Slope-side with a full view to the North/East, Dobie Mountain Condominium, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and recently installed all new windows so you can really enjoy the amazing views. Sunken sunroom with fireplace and spectacular view overlooking the slopes, express lift, and snowboard park. You don't have to leave the condo to watch Freestyles double cross races! Master bedroom over looking the slopes. Unit is in walking distance to the main lodge for shopping and dining. Reserved parking place. Although well known for ski season, Spring, Summer, and Fall are our favorite times of year to visit Wintergreen. There are way too many outdoor activities to list, but a couple of our favorites are tennis, golf, hiking, wine tasting, antiquing, music festivals and The Dome, The Wintergreen Nature Center, and just sitting on our balcony taking in the fresh mountain air. The Out of Bounds Adventure Park has a skateboard park, paintball, and the recently added zipline. Professional guides are available for mountain biking. Our dog loves to go hiking all around Wintergreen. Lake Monocan is near by and has numerous activities available. Everything is centrally located and there is Shuttle service located right in front of our condo, which is available from 7AM until Midnight so driving is optional.Do you have young children? The Treehouse is a one minute walk and offers half and full day children's activities. The staff is amazing and keep the children busy.Please note. Please disconnect the hose when done, especially in cold weather when it could freeze.- Always put the cover on the hot tub when not in use - this keeps the hot tub warm & filled with water. Using the plastic clips helps keep it from blowing off.- For safety reasons, please don’t add chemicals to the hot tub yourself. If the water looks murky or has a smell, let us know, and we'll have our hot tub expert come by to treat it.- Do not drain the hot tub.- There's no need to turn off the hot tub. Our condo has a personal ski locker and a dedicated parking spot just steps from the condo entrance. Newly and thoughtfully renovated top to bottom with fresh finishes throughout. Both bedrooms have brand new furniture and large closet with plenty of hangers provided. Laundry basket, lint rollers and iron and ironing board as well.Our condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a *Queen sofa bed in the sectional. You’ll find 2 full bathrooms, a shower 🚿 in the master King bedroom and a shower/soaking tub and shower in the guest bath. Queen guest bedroom makes for a great stay for couples- Big smart tv’s in both bedrooms & family room- 3 TVs total.Dobie is our personal condominium when we visit Wintergreen and it is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly as we would our own home and according to recommended guidelines prior to every check in. Plenty of extra linens, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels etc. and essential paper products including paper towels, hand soap, dish soap restocked prior to every check in. We have a multi use Keurig so you can brew a pot of coffee or bring your favorite single use K-cup flavor. Misty Mountain cabin w/spa and mountain views (Sleeps 14)This unique home 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home has stunning views of the Shamokin Gorge. A perfect family get-a-way boasting a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. Two guest bedrooms share a bath on the main level with a jetted tub and shower. The master is a private ensuite with bath, fireplace and private deck. Just across the street from hiking, and the Appalachian Trail corridor. While the resort’s pools are reserved for members only, this property has access to the HOA pools at Chestnut Springs on the mountain (94 Timber Camp Dr) and Rodes Farm in the valley (Stoney Creek). These pools operate from the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Unaccompanied guests of property owners may use the pools from 2 pm until 6 pm daily. With a guest pass, six guests can access the pool. The limit on people using WPOA pools per property is six. In addition to the pools, there are two fresh water lakes with swimming nearby. Lake Monocan, a 20-acre lake and park operated by the resort that is located at 239 Camping Ridge Lane in Stoney Creek. There is a fee per person to enter and it is closed to the public on Saturdays.
