Es gibt viele Convenience-Stores, aber Chinesen sollten auf die Sicherheit achten, wenn sie dorthin gehen. Ich benutze Ctrip, um ein Taxi zu nehmen, wenn ich ausgehe Ausstattung: Eines der Lichter ist kaputt, aber ich habe das Hotel nicht reparieren lassen. I don’t typically leave reviews but our stay at the Kimpton Virgilio was exceptional. The staff, the room, the restaurant were all amazing. It was super convenient for us to leave our bags there beforehand and afterwards, which was great while we explored the city. We also were running the Mexico City Marathon and they were extremely helpful with providing us advice on getting there at 5am in the morning. I would like to call out Rodrigo, the front desk who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re staying in Mexico City, I could not recommend the Kimpton more.

Ja, der Schrank ist eine hundertseitige verdeckte Tür, die gut gepflegt ist und das Zimmer geräumig ist. Die geographische Lage ist sehr gut, es ist eine wohlhabende Gegend, die öffentliche Sicherheit ist gut und die Polizei wird tagsüber oft patrouilliert, es gibt große Banken und Supermärkte in der Nähe und es gibt verschiedene High-End-Restaurants und unterstützende Einrichtungen. Auch das US-Konsulat ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dieses Hotel ist sehr geeignet für Gäste, die Kultur haben oder Klassiker lieben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beträgt fünf Sterne, es ist zu empfehlen.

Nicht das perfekte Szenario, aber mein Flug landete in Mexiko City bei 1.20 am. Ich kam in mein ursprüngliches Hotel, das technische Probleme hatte ihre PMS-System war abgestürzt, so dass sie nicht überprüfen konnten, die Menschen in oder aus. Sie empfahl dieses Hotel, weil es sicher und schöne Zimmer ist. Ich kam zum Hotel und der Tür- und Uhrmann war perfekt. Aber bei dem Versuch, den Nachtrechner zu prüfen Juan würde mir nicht erlaubt, für eine Buchung, die ich gerade online gemacht hatte 5 Minuten vor dem Ankunftstisch, so dass ich ankommen konnte. Er empfahl, um 3 Uhr wieder zu kommen. Es gab keine Lösung, um mich einen Tag früh zu überprüfen. Kein Angebot der frühen Überprüfung ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Keine Option, Ihre Reservierung die dritte Partei zu ändern. Er war etwas gemein darüber. Ich musste auch meinen Pass zurück beantragen, sobald er die Eincheckung verweigert hat. Service ist offensichtlich in der Übernachtungspersonal fragwürdig. Juan gab weder Entschuldigungen noch Angebote, nachdem er den Service verweigert hatte, ein Taxi anzurufen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nie an jemanden, der für ihr Zimmer bezahlt. Und dann bot er keine Erstattung oder Entschädigung.

Ich blieb in der Nacht des 25. Oktober 2022 im Hotel Brasilia. Ich bezahlte 1.050 pesos für ein Zimmer im fünften Stock mit einem Einzelbett. Dies wurde auf 53.02 USD umgerechnet, als ich mit meiner Debitkarte bezahlt habe. Dies umfasste ein Frühstücksbuffet. Positives: In der Nähe von mehreren Busstationen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und sicher. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, aber es war komfortable bis spät Morgen, als die Sonne das Zimmer erhitzt. Es gab viel heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Negative: Es gibt WiFi, aber das Signal war schwach und inkonsistent im Zimmer, in dem ich war. Es war besser im Restaurant. Ich hätte gern ein Fenster etwas mehr öffnen können, um in frischem Luft zu lassen. Ich verstehe Sicherheitsbedenken, aber ich mag auch gute Luftverkehrsdienste während ich schlafe.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

We reserved a room with a queen size bed and when we arrived we found out it wasn't true. Their only answer to this was that it was a mistake and to email the manager about it if we wanted. Took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there because there were no signs at any point in the airport showing us how to get there. This was a nightmare.
