Lage: Das Schild des Hotels ist nicht sehr auffällig. Als ich zur Ausstellung ging, blieb ich 2 Nächte. Es gibt viele Convenience-Stores, aber Chinesen sollten auf die Sicherheit achten, wenn sie dorthin gehen. Ich benutze Ctrip, um ein Taxi zu nehmen, wenn ich ausgehe Ausstattung: Eines der Lichter ist kaputt, aber ich habe das Hotel nicht reparieren lassen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut hoch. Wenn Sie Frühstück mitbringen und wir kein Spanisch verstehen, schauen Sie sich am besten das von anderen Gästen bestellte Frühstück an. Wenn Sie ein Frühstück bestellen, das Ihnen gefällt, werden Sie sich glücklich fühlen

I don’t typically leave reviews but our stay at the Kimpton Virgilio was exceptional. The staff, the room, the restaurant were all amazing. It was super convenient for us to leave our bags there beforehand and afterwards, which was great while we explored the city. We also were running the Mexico City Marathon and they were extremely helpful with providing us advice on getting there at 5am in the morning. I would like to call out Rodrigo, the front desk who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re staying in Mexico City, I could not recommend the Kimpton more.

Es ist das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel, wir werden dort bleiben, da der Preis recht fair ist, die Lage ist nur groß, nahe der Hauptbahnhof, der Stadtzentrum und die wichtigsten touristischen Orte. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Mitarbeiter, und wir möchten Javier und Juan Carlos erwähnen, da sie zwischen Rezeption, Bellboys und Butlers sind, sie sind immer hilfreich. Unser erstes Zimmer war nie sauber oder was, als wir wieder ins Ruhe kamen, sie wechselten uns zu einem anderen, das wir danken, aber Hauspflege muss auf sein. Punkte, Details, Grundsätze und ihre Checkliste müssen immer Priorität haben. Auch in der Nacht des 17., etwas passierte, dass andere Gäste gerade zu viel Lärm gemacht, bis 3-4am, da wir viele Zeit aufwachen und konnten nichtruhen ... Wenn Sie das Dokument lesen, das Sie unterschreiben, sind Teil der Regeln und Politiken, um anderen zu respektieren Nachtzeit, sie müssen an diesem harten Arbeiten. Der Sicherheitsmann, der im Vergleich zu dem normalen 8-12hrs nur Nutten arbeitet, war nett, uns zu helfen, um sich zu bewegen und hoffentlich die Sicherheitsgesellschaft, die sie arbeiten, um die lange Stunden und gute Arbeit, die sie diesem Hotel bieten. Ich blieb in der Nacht des 25. Oktober 2022 im Hotel Brasilia. Ich bezahlte 1.050 pesos für ein Zimmer im fünften Stock mit einem Einzelbett. Dies wurde auf 53.02 USD umgerechnet, als ich mit meiner Debitkarte bezahlt habe. Dies umfasste ein Frühstücksbuffet. Positives: In der Nähe von mehreren Busstationen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und sicher. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, aber es war komfortable bis spät Morgen, als die Sonne das Zimmer erhitzt. Es gab viel heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Negative: Es gibt WiFi, aber das Signal war schwach und inkonsistent im Zimmer, in dem ich war. Es war besser im Restaurant. Ich hätte gern ein Fenster etwas mehr öffnen können, um in frischem Luft zu lassen. Ich verstehe Sicherheitsbedenken, aber ich mag auch gute Luftverkehrsdienste während ich schlafe.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

We reserved a room with a queen size bed and when we arrived we found out it wasn't true. Their only answer to this was that it was a mistake and to email the manager about it if we wanted. Took us 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there because there were no signs at any point in the airport showing us how to get there. This was a nightmare.

Ein großer Gastplatz****, sehr großes Zimmer, alles sauber, sehr freundliches und effizientes Personal. Der Blick vom Terrasse ist sehr schön.
