Probably due to the fact that the building is old, Walls are not perfectly clean and the bath has black molds in it. Bed/Beddings were okay. Location is great, 1-3 mins to train station and bus staion, its in center so there are lots of shops around the area. Customer service staff will welcome you with smile. Over all its a good value. It might not meet the 5star quality but they have a great space for you sleep in 🤗

The air condition is merely working, the room feel very clumsy. The drainage in the bathing room is not working well. The facilities including bath and hotel environment is very old and not in good condition. We feel bad in this stay.

Spacious room, old but does the job, good location, easy to airport

Location is very convenience, walking distance to Narita Station either JR or Keisei Station. Convenience stores are a lot and walking distance too. Vary restaurants are close by

Hotel is very close to the JR station, near Lawson, just turn right to the road along the way to Naritasan. Room is big, a bit old but it is a hotel with good standards. Sure, we will come back

The hotel's location is really good, you can walk to the hotel from Narita station in just about 5 minutes. It is also located near the Keisei station with about 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient. There are many resteraunts and convenient stores around the hotel. Officers at the front desk can well communicate in english. Amenities were quite completely provided. There are also microwave and vending machine provided in the common area on each floor. A room is small though.

The hotel is spacious and near to train station and can walk to the naritasan omotesando and has free car park available so it’s very convenient for those who use the car. The hotel breakfast serves very nice croissant 🥐. Really good 👍 Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

A quiet and tranquil town. Good for stay over to Narita airport the following day. Hotel not allowed for late checked out. Need to top up yen1100/hrs.

Convenient location to the airport, but the room light is a bit dim

This is my second time staying in the hotel. Because the very convenient location. Few minutes away from JR and Keisei station . Old hotel but well maintained, you will see old bathroom equipment still functional. You can walk through old street and have a fresh air.

1 mins walk to train station. 2 stops to airport took around 10 mins. Room is big but very old style. The toilets is not smart system in winter quite difficult to use. There are many unagi rice restaurants around (10 mins walk) worth to try.
