Clean, quiet and modern room. Convenient having A/C, a fridge, kitchen and great location few steps from the city center. Host Francesco has been extremely helpful and accommodating, it’s been a real pleasure staying at this place. Extremely recommended.

Francesco’s property was conveniently located near the train station in old town. The flat was perfect for our single night stay. It shares a kitchen with another suite which was fine for us as we ate out and didn’t even see the other tenants. Francesco was in constant communication with us ensuring we had everything we needed. A very accommodating host! Would highly recommend for a quick stop in Naples.

Francesco has been so kind and picked us up from the airport and gave us a quick tour and showed us the best places. He texted us every day to make sure we were ok. The room is lovely with a little balcony. It has AC and a stocked up mini bar with all sort of drinks at a very low price. The house is very well situated. Could not recommend Franz Guest House enough. A+++++

The best about the stay is Franz with his care. He could help you with anything you ask. The rooms itself are perfect located with easy access to aurport (Alibus), porto to see island around or metro and Naples centre. I could only recommend. it is located in the heart of the historic center, it is practically very close to everything. The structure is very welcoming, spotless, beautiful furnishings and very comfortable. The owner Francesco welcomed us very well: he is very friendly and professional and helped us plan our stay by recommending what to visit and where to eat. We will definitely be back.
