Delco Naples

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apartments actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Non esiste un posto migliore in cui soggiornare nel cento di Napoli. Conosciuta per caso nel 2019 Delco Naples è diventata la mia seconda casa per tutte le volte in cui torno in città! Le stanze sono bellissime, pulitissime e provviste di ogni comfort. Gestione eccezionale! Il palazzo oltre che essere di bella presenza e curato presenta guardia 24 ore su 24. La posizione è strategica.

Il Sig. Massimo è gentile e disponibile. Ha fornito molte indicazioni su Chiaia e dintorni. B&B in posizione molto comoda e strategica, a pochissimi minuti dal lungomare Caracciolo. Camera e bagno di buone dimensioni, pulita, con tutti i comfort. Colazione disponibile al bar, vicinissimo alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!
