Great location on the river. Very pretty at night. Hotel is very quant. Breakfast is good as well.

Excellent Experience! The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to a lot of touristy areas and the view outside the hotel is great. The hotel staff was very friendly, I even forgot something in the hotel and they were very quick at arranging me to retrieve it. I was a little confused about the breakfast set-up because I had to choose the food the day before and I thought I would only receive that food however they did have a smaller buffet together with the food I picked from the day before. Everything I tried from the smaller buffet was really good, especially the prepared sandwiches!

A charming hotel which is very cosy and relaxing. The staff were extremely accommodating, they helped us as our travel plans changed suddenly by offering us a choice of rooms last minute. A beautiful location on the canal within walking distance of several main Nanjing attractions and the old town. Extremely clean with lovely amenities and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

It's a lovely cosy place to spend a day or two. Everything was great - nice big room, heated shower floor, delicious food, and ideal location! Although I arrived too early, the staff were very friendly, and made tea while the room was being prepared. If I ever come to Nanjing again, this place will be first on my list!

Great location (on the scenic river, a few hundred meters from the night market section of town as well as the subway.) The feel of the hotel is wonderful; the decor and rooms somehow capture the charm of what you'd think old-world China is, yet also both are modern and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for over a week. At the arrival at the hotel, we had the choice to select our room. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Each morning, we had a healthy breakfast in the lovely designed lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to carry our luggage to the car. Many for your great service.

Location: not in the middle of the centralized area of Confucius Temple, but close enough to walk. About 10 minutes to the Fuzimiao Metro, and 10 minutes to Confucius temple. I appreciated the location because it is much quieter and calmer than the centralized area, and quiet and beautiful along the river. Cleanliness: Considering the hotel seems quite old, it is fairly well maintained. Service: All the staff were very helpful and kind. I am not sure if anyone can speak English though. Since this hotel is only available (from what I could see) on Trip.com or Chinese apps, I only noticed Chinese guests. Nonetheless, all the staff were friendly and courteous. Tea and coffee are available all day along. Facilities: It is a small hotel, but seemed to have all basic the facilities required. At the time of stay, it seemed they were just starting renovations on the outside? Room: We stayed in a room along the street side, not the river side. If you could afford to, I am sure staying along the river side would be worth the price. Naturally, the street side didn’t have much of a view. The street side was quiet though, and the room seemed smaller than I expected (no balcony). The room was neat, and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom sliding door didn’t close properly. Also, a tea set was put on the table, but not tea leaves for the Chinese tea set was offered. (Tea bags and coffee were available though.) If it was just for decoration, I think fresh flowers would be preferred.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗👍👍👍在攜程排名那麼靠前是有道理的！有感於這家酒店的服務質量，辦理入住時，就被一位衞管家的親切服務打動到，因為我和孩子到南京的路上身體就開始不舒服了，被她周到貼心的服務温暖化解了不少。入住後不管是**買的葯，還是定的外賣都是酒店工作人員親自送到房間。跟管家商量延遲退房，確認完下一位旅客的入住時間後，非常爽快的給延了時間，得以讓我們在酒店又多休息一段時間。退房時也有工作人員貼心詢問是否需要帶兩瓶水路上備用。可以説這一次入住，我接觸的每一位工作人員，每一處服務細節都讓我温暖備至！五星好評哈！

就遊覽秦淮河和夫子廟景區而言，這家君亭的位置得天獨厚，一級棒👍！入住當天正巧碰上生日，酒店工作人員特別貼心把房型升級到河景房，在陽台上就可以享受燈影秦淮！酒店各方面體驗都很棒，下次來南京，還會住這家君亭。 唯一的遺憾是酒店隔音效果不是很好，清晨可以聽到室外的聲音。

雖然是在景區，五一期間交通管制稍稍有些不方便，但是酒店服務很貼心，提前打電話告知，還提供了接送服務，非常好！住宿服務也很到位，茶水飲料豐富，早餐可以選主食。酒店門口就是秦淮河，拍照出行都很方便。

期待了很久的，一個人北京-南京的自由行，找DeepSeek給做的攻略，推薦了秦淮君亭酒店，抱着試試的心態定了房間，然後開始預約博物院、紀念館…在到訪的當天，收到了酒店前台的電話聯繫，加了客服羣微信，從此刻就開始了體貼、細緻、温暖的服務，房間安排了臨秦淮河的河景房，陽台出去就可以賞秦淮美景，坐在秦淮景台吃東西，真的很幸福，之後因為時間調整，延了一天住宿，但不巧的是這個房間在那一天被預訂出去了，前台幫我更換了更高級的君亭桃葉渡酒店，我人在景區玩，等回來的時候工作人員已經幫我換好了房間，真的特別感謝。不管是送餐到房間，還是幫忙收送快遞寄快遞，都做的超級貼心，讓我有一種賓至如歸的感受，在此祝秦淮君亭酒店生意興隆，也希望能下次再見。南京不虧是美麗厚重而又充滿魅力的城市。一個人的南京行，因為君亭酒店，給我留下了難以忘卻的美好記憶。

房間不錯，升級大套間，60平米非常寬敞。前台小姐姐門服務態度認真友好，快速高效。賓至如歸。管家每天羣內問詢，非常貼心。早餐可送房內，門口的古裝可以免費取用拍照。地理位置優越。很好的選擇

位置好，在河邊也在路邊，打車方便，入住送了燈會門票，夜晚秦淮河人山人海，沒成想進了燈會出奇安靜，公園裡人很少，燈很美。 管家都很温柔，走時東西落在屋內，管家主動打電話幫忙順豐快遞，郵費都由他們負擔，對南京留下美好回憶。祝店家生意興隆！
