Xinran Hotel Bewertungen

Das Xiran Hotel liegt in einer beliebten Straße etwa 600m von einer U-Bahn Station entfernt. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgrschäfte sowie Pharmazien gibt es unweit. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind im Untergeschoss und haben Oberlichtfenster. Die Zimmer-Ausstattung ist einfach und in die Jahre bekommen. Heizung war zum Zeitpunkt nicht an oder gab es nicht; mit etwas Extrakleidung war der Schlaf an der frischen Luft trotzdem erholsam, denn auch die Matratze war ausgekühlt. Für die sommerlichen Temperaturen gibt es jedoch eine Air-conditioninganlage. Die Wassertemperatur zum Duschen war mit 40Grad gerade so noch ok für mich. Im Hinblick auf Preis-Leistungsverhältnis alles ok.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet; trotz der Sprachbarriere waren alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, zentrumsnah und mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Gebäude ist recht alt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Da es sich im Souterrain befindet, haben die Zimmer leider keine Fenster und sind recht feucht. Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Sauberkeit könnte definitiv verbessert werden; überall lagen Haare herum.

Das Zimmer war recht sauber, aber es gab keine Parkplätze und die Parkgebühr war zu hoch.

The people at the welcome desk were friendly. The location near the convenience store and food street. And walk maybe 10min from subways. But at the middle of the night these are a noise from outside.

The room is not too new but the price is affordable especially within that location. The worker at the reception is friendly and helpful. If your someone who's looking for a budget hotel that is close to all famous sites in Nanjing then this one should be your choice. Cheers👍

the lady at the welcome desk was nice. the whole hotel is underground so there is no ventilation, and yet some rooms including ours allow smoking. our sheets still smelt of cigarettes, thankfully it was too strong. otherwise things are clean, there are the expected amenities in the bathroom and the beds are comfortable.

The only advantages of this 'hotel' are 1) great location in the center of Nanjing close to all the tourist attractions and several subway stations and 7/11; 2) an adequate male receptionist who moved me to a bearable room after I saw a cockroach crawling on my bag in the other room The rest are disadvantages: 1) the staff do not speak English and do not bother using translators much. You are lucky if there are any guests who are fluent and can help. Even worse, the female receptionists were aggressive and basically not willing to help with almost anything regarding the room. Even if they did help, it was with SUCH an attitude 2) the hotel does not post any pics of the shared bathroom for a reason, it's a disaster. Dirty, smells like it has never been cleaned AND there are insects. I witnessed a huge centipede that was smashed by the receptionist who claimed it happened for the first time. Ye ye ye. They refused to refund for these conditions and said a nicer room with a private bathroom is 480 yuan more. Greatly overpriced for their place. 3) After insisting that having insects in the bathroom isn't cool the receptionist offered to switch my room to the one in the attic. Dirty yellow pillows, somebody's clothes, a cockroach, half broken smelly toilet. And when we came the cleaning lady was half naked. Don't know why I had to see her nipples in that half dark premecies. Not the best view. There was also another man, probably an employee, walking around in his underwear, a weird thing. I do thank Trop.com tho, as they negotiated refund conditions for me. But I totally do NOT recommend this hotel for anyone, the most unhygienic and unfriendly (except for the male receptionist) one I have ever been to.

Very good and friendly service provided by the gentleman at the front desk. Near to bus stop, convenience store and a food shop.

Location was great. Right in the center of the city with many food and entertainment options. Only 1 floor. Affordable considering it was Chinese New Years and we booked last minute. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be careful not to throw any tissue in the toilet.

the hotel is good and calm at night the location is very good everything is near by . Happy to had this experience wish it will be same in the future

Location in very convenient and rooms are tidy and clean, maybe the bathroom is a bit less clean but overall it was a good stay for the price! Will come again!

Good location to all the deétinations. Bus stop just few steps away while metro is a little far but overall easy access to the city
