Pillow cases were yellow, blanket full of hair. Stayed on first floor which turned out to be one level down from the lobby, so room felt and smelled like a basement.  Worst part is the noise from people talking in the hallway, loud TV, people walking in room above and all kinds of noises throughout the night.

The pictures did not represent the motel at all or did the amenities matched what were advertised. Listed amenities were 2 pools being indoor, there was an empty pool outside. No hot water in the morning. I was told the supervisor was notified but that’s all that could be done. There were dirty rags left in the two rooms I had booked, and as a bonus some lice spray! Don’t let the pics fool you. The staff was pleasant.

Our ac didn't work nor did the TV also there was no telephone in the room and the desk clerk was extremely hard to locate we ended up have a family member get Life flighted Because of an motorcycle accident we had only been in the room 20 minutes and could not get a refund

The room was clean. Check in and out was good. I didn't have any problems.
