Big Rooms which are maintained nicely.. Terrace is Big.. Food is really good.. Staff is helpful.. Had a really good time.. Children also enjoyed to the Fullest.. Best part is that it has it's own Parking which you don't see in many hotels in Nainital.

The Pavilion hotel is one of the best hotel we have visited so far in Nainital. Their rooms, grounds, food, service and everything else is so good. We will surely visit this hotel soon and will recommend everyone to stay here while their visit to Nainital.

The location of the hotel is great. I loved the architecture and the theme of the hotel. The stay, however, was okay. We stayed in room 112 (standard room). The room was located next to reception in front of stairs, the area was not well lit and unclean. The room was big, but the bathroom was not clean. There were mold on the tiles and of buckets. This was not expected from just a big establishment. The room was also getting a lot of noise from surrounding areas, unable to get a proper sleep. Maybe more expensive rooms are well maintained.

Checked in today in room no.119 for 3 nights around 12 in the afternoon , no hot water in the bathrooms, called pavilion team several times but no hot water available till now....hot water available till 12pm only and 5pm to 9 pm only.......guests who will check in between 12 to 5 cannot freshen up after a long journey.....house keeping service pathetic and take a long time.....Very unprofessional approach. Hotelier does not understand Guests requirement and pay no attention to resolve...Unpleasant experience so far from such a highly reputed heritage property.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Nainital with family . The staff are very polite and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and the aesthetics of the hotel are well maintained. The food quality and quantity were very good. An amazing place to stay with family . Date of Visit - 15 June 2024

It was a pleasant experience. Property has nice ambience with greenery around …small garden area to relax a bit. We had breakfast, it was good. Staff behaviour was amicable. Few minor things to improve - Rat creeped into our room, that gives a bit bad picture. Hotel management can do something to avoid such experiences. Property has nice rooms ( we had a family suite). It’s about 1 KM away from Mall Road. So either you walk down or take a taxi back and forth. In peak season , taxi fares go very high around ₹200 each side. Plus, when you have to come back , it’s a climb toward hotel. If there are old age people, that becomes bit of a challenge & then only option is to take a cab, specially in the evening when you are tired after roaming around whole day. Overall experience is Good & I will suggest this hotel compare to hotels on Mall Road which charge so high room rents and offer very bad experiences in all aspects. It has its own car parking , which is a plus point.

The hotel gives the vibes of British dream . All rooms clean and neat and really beautiful with good amount of space. Regularly cleaned. The staff was really helpful and continuously ask if something is needed and assured u get great experience with no stress .Mr.Balam from the restaurant was really friendly and gave keen attention personally for any service required . We wanted to go to Cheena peak , an impromptu decision and one of the cleaning staff helped us to arrange the travel and other things instantly within half an hour. Overall other services such as game room , garden , terrace and the view was just cherry on top. Perfect place to go to ....

The room was decent and ok. The food service was done by Mr.Balam which was excellent.The food served by them can be eaten by 3-4 people. The morning buffet was very good. Kudos to Mr.Balam 👏👏👏. The room furniture can be developed much more. The restroom can be furnished more. The white tiles in the restroom made the foot stamps. The room had some noises in the midnight which was very disturbing. The restroom and room can be developed much more and more. Overall, it is a decent stay.

the location is very prime and well connected to mall road if in case you like to hangout at night time ....rooms was very elegent and clean with good amenities provided(when asked).... reception staff was little rude when tried to bargain in rack rate and when called for some extra water ..... houskeeping stafff and service staff was very professional and was always helpful..
