Very bad experience. As we reached. The room were dirty, tiny cockroaches were there in the bathroom, lights are not working, water was coming from the ac, bed sheet and blankets were not washed n clean. Very unhygienic kind of rooms. And after this we asked to change the room then the said there is no room the we decided to just leave our money n checkout because the place is not giving good vibes something was fishy there. After this hotel staff said there is room available we can change the room which is also on the ground floor. That was also not good then we took our bags n reached to check out the staff said there is room in upstairs also if you want to change. Like they all are totally lying to us since starting firstly they said there is no room then they said there is room on ground floor then they said there is room upstairs also. This happens when we dedicated to leave that place. So at last we just checked out n took a new hotel.

Hotel is good staff is good but there is the problem with cleaning rooms bathroom are not very clean, dirty bed sheet and bed sheet was torn. Everything is good but this hotel needs to these types of little improvement. I think my little suggestions will help you to improve your service.
