Sehr netter Empfang, absolut sauber_ auch das Zimmer perfekt eingerichtet. Sehr geschmackvoll & vorallem NATÜRLICH. Viele Bücher stehen überall zum schmöckern herum und wenn man aus dem Fenster blickt sind viele Blumen & Bäum zu sehen. SEHR gutes Konzept_ auch was Nachhaltigkeit betrifft. Das Service am Abend war nicht 100% fit, bzw. hat der "Oberkellner" die sehr nette Kellnerin eher "kleingehalten" und sie hatte deshalb nicht soviel Selbstvertrauen. Küche war ausgezeichnet. Der Koch alleine hat alle Tische sehr gut verpflegt, Koriandersalat war fantastisch mariniert & der gemsichte Meeresfrüchteteller wunderbar angerichtet...Der junge Rezeptionist hat sehr schnell & effizient geholfen: auch mit der SprachApp hat es extrem gut funktioniert. Danke nochmals! Die Lage ist sehr fein, kaum Lärm bei offenem Fenster. Einziger (persönlicher) Punkt: der Pool (das Bad) dürfen nur Personen ohne Tatoos betreten...aber das scheint hier in Japan auch einfach eine der vielen "Regeln" zu sein... Und: ich habe um 2 Nächte verlängert_ weil die vielen kleinen Restaurants hier einfach voll zum "Leben genießen" einladen!

Amenities provided and free to take outside the lift includes comb, toothbrush, razor, and cotton buds. Shower cap can be found at the public bath at thr top level. Facial items (cleaning oil, cleanser, toner, cream) are provided during check-in and one set per guest, which is only sufficient for one day use. Had to ask staff for more. No tea provided only coffee. No daily cleaning until the 3rd/4th day but will provide new towels, pyjamas, water and coffee in a large bag hanged at the door. Trash had to be brought outside the room for disposal.

The hotel is very near to airport! The taxi fee from airport to hotel is around ¥1550. The room is compact, and suitable for one night stay. Very clean, and the staff is friendly! The hotel very closed to Jack Steak house! And there is Lawson and 7-11 opposite hotel. Will be back again!

The location is very good that the bus terminal is only 5 mins away and OPA shopping mall is at the same spot. The room is spacious with 3 beds and we are able to open three luggages.

I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

The location is great. It right in the middle of things we need but super quiet and hotel is super efficient, design and arrangement are perfect for us to explore Okinawa. We stayed there 4 days.

Very good, location ok.

Room little bit small. However the location is walking distance. Very good. There are elevator parking. Small car is ok. Big car need some driving skills. That is paid with fair price unlimited entry. New hotel and have public bath so good alright.

Good customer service. 24 hrs front desk service. Great buffet breakfast with free take away coffee. River view room. Will definitely stay again with this hotel next time.

Well located, very close to the bus terminal. Walking distance to Don Quixote and convenience stores. The room is nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights here and the rooms were clean and they provided amenities for you to go to the onsen. Room cleaning was provided at a charge so we did not take it up. Location is near naha bus terminal which we use as landmark when getting a taxi. Near donki and opa which has some shopping within the mall. Breakfast is delicious but i had to forfeit my last day’s breakfast to catch an early flight. Tried to communicate with the staff to ask if I could pack some bread to go but the staff did not understand me well so i didn’t pursue my request further :(

The room decoration is nice. Giving a woody vibe. Breakfast is outstanding. The only problem is the parking lot is not enough but they do provide second choice of the parking lot but it kinda far.
