Hotel is fairly new.  Breakfast food is delicious.  Room is clean but a bit small for the 3 of us.  We cannot open our luggages simultaneously.  We booked the corner room.  Location is perfect.  Downstairs is takashimaya and uniqlo and bic camera.  Plenty of restaurants around.  We have the view of the trains.

Location is excellent. Just above the shops and restaurants. Read that some people commented it’s difficult to find the hotel lobby, I don’t think so. In fact, there is a subway and a taxi stand just below the hotel. Will stay again.

Location is great as it’s just above the Nagoya station. The JR tower is an integrated mall with book stores, shops like Uniqlo and bic camera, restaurants, and even Takashimaya. Only shortfall is that the hotel does not have self service laundry machines. The view from my room is great.

Very conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, with loads of shopping and food nearby. Easy to get around city and most day tours also depart from Nagoya station.

Unbeatable location. 1-min walk covered walk from all Nagoya public transport. You got all kinds of cuisines in the shopping mall underneath. Lovely view from the room. Relatively more spacious than normal Japanese hotel. If you are a family of 3-4 with young kids, highly recommend the twin room. The breakfast buffet is with good choices and taste. Reasonable priced. Definitely stay again in next visit. No doubt.

One of the best hotel around nagoya station. Their TV was the biggest i've ever seen inside hotel room in Japan. Good place to stay if you want to go to shirakawa.

Convenient location, just perfectly above JR train station and Takashimaya department store. Room is a bit smaller than expected. Mobile charger is available in the room too. Breakfast buffet has a reasonable variety of choices, but limited selection of veg and fruit. Unagi rice, deep fried prawn tempura and chicken wing are delicious. Hand crafted hot latte is available in the bar too.

Would have given all 5 stars if not for the noise  from the trains. Nonetheless I do recommend for those who are not sensitive to noise to stay at the hotel. The noise is quite bearable and it was surprisingly therapeutic to watch Shinkansen and local trains from my floor (level 23). The location is prime as it is just above Takashimaya, Uniqlo, GU, and close to JR station, subway and AirPort Express. I opted for breakfast and enjoyed the variety it offered. Not forgetting they allowed to deposit my luggage for 3 nights ahead of my stay. Love their flexibility!

The best location in Nagoya station. Loads of great restaurants and department stores just downstair at the hotel. You don’t need to worry about any weather like too hot or cold, sunny or rainy days. Room are clean and services is great too.
