Stayed over 3 nights no room service to cleaning the room. Everything must done by myself . Including change the towel and need to give the rubbish to the reception to get new plastic bag.

The staff is very polite and helpful! The location of the hotel is very good which we can go to Mirai Tower and Oasis 21 on foot for around 8 minutes. The hotel near the Central Park where have beautiful night light shown, really good experience to living here, will select this hotel again while my next trip to Nagoya!!

Staff can speak English well, they support you everything, the hotel has Lawson and family nearby. You can store Luggage before and after check in, out. Breakfast variety food. Room clean. Hotel near subway many line you can choose with one you will used.

Overall stay is good except the laundry service at L2 need improvement. Pls increase the number of washing machine & dryer due to the high occupancy. We queued for over 2 hours.

Overall a decent hotel although on the small side even for Japanese city hotels. The bathroom was clean and everything about the room was pristine likely because the property is new. Would stay again.

Walkable distance to stations and major attractions

This hotel is close to main tourist spots , very nice and comfortable.reasonable price, worth it and close to main station.

The hotel overall is nice. Although it is a bit away from the metro station, there are quite a few convenience stores nearby the hotel with 1 minute walk. The room I booked was really affordable and spacious comparing to other hotel room in Japan, and also clean and tidy.

I think the location is great, amenities still can get from the counter. travel distant to certain place is okay ~

We traveled to Nagoya Sakae for five days, staying at Travelodge as a family of three—me, my wife, and our toddler. We stayed on their Superior Queen Room, which is amply spaced for a Japanese hotel. Even with its small footprint, it was surprising that it has its own fridge, movable table for eating or work, and an ensuite toilet and bath. I also love that it has a window overlooking Mirai Tower. It has a gym, laundromat, and a co-working space that's also used in the morning for buffet breakfast (optional). I love that all guests are given access to free soda and juice dispenser. Location is also very good, about five-minute by foot to Nagoya Tower, and surrounded all around by convenience stores, restaurants, and bars—really vibrant during the weekends. And if you're into walking, most of Nagoya's tourist spots is walkable from the hotel, including Nagoya Castle and the Science Museum.

The location very convenience, near shopping area by walk not over 5 min, newly hotel and clear, staff are friendly and helpful 😄. The breakfast is simple, not much choice.
