Located 1.1 miles from Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, Beverly Hotel Batam offered 4-star accommodation in Nagoya and has a fitness corner and swimming pool. Generally the staffs provides excellent services. We are enjoying free wi-fi within hotel. However, the 24-hour room service massage was not available during Hari Raya Haji. Price is good with breakfast. Unfortunately, no free shuttle bus to nearby shopping malls. Therefore, we have to pay private driver for fetching us during this 3 days 2 nights trip.

It was an excellent stays for me and my family. Staffs are nice and friendly. Very eager to help.

No window and given room next to lift . Always noisy when lift is in operation. Requested to change no other avaiable room. Not going to stay next time

Cleanliness was acceptable as it was quite an old hotel, we were happy with it. The room was spacious too. Location around the hotel was good as they had a car pickup lobby, easy for Grab services, especially if it's raining. Service and amenities from the hotel was okay, basic amenities were provided.

Not a very good hotel for me for cleanliness and hygience wise but for the price paid it is acceptable and overall i enjoy my stay especially with their complimentart breakfast. The only issue i face for throughout my 3 day stay is the faulty shower that it spill everywhere without a focus and enough water pressure that cause my shower my dirty cause i am a person who prefer to shower very detail clean but with this faulty rain shower it took me quite a long time to 100%clean myself plus water spill every where when you on the shower cause me to have a hard time properly clean myself after i shampoo my hair. The pillow cover sheet also never change that has previous guest smell. Also the basin tap water also faulty causing water spill everywhere. The towel is the worse part, i never see such a white towel washed till it is grey black in color and it smell like a yeast mouldy smell that i suspect do they even put detergent to wash the towel. The most scary part is the bottle shampoo and body foam they provided added alot of liquid in it not sure why is it so watery instead foamy....however i have stay so many run down and worse hotel in my life which i consider this is still better than thailand hat yai i have stayed. The hotel staff's attitude has cover up all the faulty and imperfection problem making my stay happy and content. And i think hotel is very considerate provided knowing their imperfection, they didn't charge a crazy high amount like thailand and singapore which i think is why i like this hotel. I read the review some have complain the breakfast buffet but in my opinion, the hotel SERVE A GREAT TASTE FOR THE FOOD THAN MALAYSIA, YOU GUYS MUST TRY. ALSO THE STAFF GREETED ME GOOD MORNING AFTER I FINISH MY BREAKFAST WHICH IS SOMETHING I NEVER ENCOUNTER IN ALL MY ASIA TRIPS THAT BRIGHTEN UP MY DAY AFTER I MEET A SUPER BAD SPOREAN/MALAYSIAN GUEST IN MY BREAKFAST TIME GOSSIPING ABOUT ME WHERE MY MOOD WAS SO DOWN BUT I WAS IMMEDIATELY CHEER UP BY THE WARM STAFF IN BLUE SILVER UNIFORM SMILING AND GREETED AT ME. INDONESIA STAFF ARE KIND AND WELL MANNER, WHICH I WILL STILL CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF I HAPPEN TO COME AGAIN. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the hospitality. The hotel only problem is that they need to renovate the old faulty facility and towel linen cleaniless, the rest they really 4 star service. I quite regret i didn't go for all my daily complimentary breakfast except the last day which i missed so manu good food. DO TRY OUT AT BEVERLY BATAM HOTEL, IF YOU ARE A BUDGET TRAVELLER OR COUPLES, THEY ARE AWESOME.

Good, nice, friendly staffs, relatively close to Nagoya Thamrin. 5th floor and swimming pool under construction. Hopefully ready on our next visit.

Dear hotel management We stayed at the hotel from 23rd to 25th June 2024 We Booked 3 Room's all together , via *TRIP.com* As per booking No stated below *********** , *********** , *********** . To be honest your hotel looks so great, welcoming and exclusive from the outside but on the contrary we were really disappointed with few things. 1.our room towels were so smelly and looked blackish and as such we have to use with no other alternative than we had to use our own disposal towels. 2. The airocond side was so dusty and sorry, kindly do your own checked to verify, we can see it visibly. This can cause environmental hazard and serious health issues.Not safe place for kids . 3. During breakfast, though we arrived on time and we noticed that the breakfast was still not ready and as you kitchen staff have yet to heat up the food. Other guests also still hesitate take the food because the food was very cold and still not ready to be served for consumption. The staff at the egg station was not there and we went to the receptionist to enquire for help nevertheless most of us chose not to eat because it was running late due to the delay. 4.The choice of food for breakfast is really not that much as compared to the price laid and my strong recommendation is to kindly add variety to the menu. Your kuih -kuih (deserts ) was still haven't ready to be served. 5.Regarding the KTV, honestly is very nice but is does not meet the current standard with no You tube and and blootooth service. It is still locked in its old system with limited choice of music with limited selection. My recommendation is that there should also include like other batam KTV to upgrade the system in bluetooth and youtube technology. 5.Honestly the internet service was good I really appreciate for that and the front desk was very nice. 6.I hope u guys should improve if considering for long term Last but not least we are to enjoy our holiday in a cosy ambiance and our enjoyment should not be curtailed and hampered by such problems. Hope u look into all these matters for investigation and improve proposed because some of our friends planned for wedding event. This gonna cause issue for then Thank you Regards, Siva

this is a hotel for air lion air crews n pilots so it is decent. staffs ok, amenties ok. cleanliness ok. good for business trips n family. big room with bath tub for deluxe type. air con duct need vacuuming else the rest are ok. quiet as nearby no shopping within short walking distances but it is near majority of malls n nagoya. value for money. will come back again if price stay the same range. breakfast buffet decent. nasi goreng and egg station are good. room service price is cheap enough.

Simple if you are not looking for high end hotel. Breakfast was below average. Although staffs were all friendly and nice. Will not go back again. But for those who don’t mind services and looking for cheap hotel, this place can meet your expectations.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is near to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya by Grab. However, room cleanliness could be more better. Overall is Good.

Overall experience was excellent, just the facilities of the room need to improve, the TV cannot watch clearly, kettle rustic need to change, bathtub and toilet needs to improve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym facilities is great, and filter water to the guests.
