Great location with massage, karaoke and convenient store nearby. Nagoya Hill Mall is just located opposite it.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Amaris Hotel. When we arrived, our rooms weren’t ready even by 4:30 pm, and once inside, we found dirty cups, no coffee, tea, or sugar, and an empty soap dispenser in the shower. The bedsheets were stained, and the towels looked old with stubborn stains. The water pressure was so weak that taking a proper shower was nearly impossible. The bed and pillows were hard, and the soundproofing was terrible, especially for rooms facing the lift—you’ll hear everything, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was also a letdown, with very limited options and nothing like what the reviews suggested. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Amaris Hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay or a good night’s rest. If you just need a basic place for the night and have zero expectations, the location in Nagoya Hill is convenient, but otherwise, look elsewhere.

The hotel is in the center of Batam city and opposite Nagoya shopping mall. The security is very good as it's a gated and guarded area Hotel is quite old but good maintenance. Nothing much to expect as it's a budget hotel There's a lot of nearby eateries but massage are not recommended in this area due to the price

Staff are friendly and accommodating to guests' needs. Cleanliness acceptable for the price point but towels badly need changing. Not dirty by any means but the edges are frayed and tattered. Food for the breakfast keeps you full but not commendable.

I am so glad to stay in this hotel and always stay there for my travel to Batam

Nice and good place to stayed at Batam Island. Good Food breakfast provided. Near to all tourist spot. Near to Batam Nagoya Mall.

Amaris Hotel Batam offers a fantastic stay with its clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location. Affordable rates and great amenities make it a top choice for travelers in Batam.

Now with hot water kettle but no coffee or tea mixture which must be bought on your own of if want must go to the lobby for the coffee or tea served. The shower head mixture mechanism is faulty. Water just not enough flowing from the shower head.

1. Internet was bad. Keeps renewing login. 2. Aircon was so so. Have have on for afew hours before gets cold. “Time to service aircon.” Overall nice and affordable hotel.
