Mnp Vista Mussoorie

Location of the stay was good with private balconies and amazing mountain/valley view. There is a pool table which is chargeable on hourly basis. Food is okay in taste, but hugely over-priced. And customer service horrible and pathetic. Anything that you ask for, their first and instant reply is no. I asked for ice, they denied. I asked for room service, they denied. I asked for hand towel, they denied. My stay at the hotel was only tolerable because of the good view that the rooms have. But customer service is pathetic.

2. Terrible experience. I booked a stay for my family and booked their suites. The rooms were spacious but everything apart from the rooms was poor. They did not give us parking and kept saying that space is for owners, manager was rude and misbehaving, food quality was bad. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in 24000 and it was not at all worth it.

The rooms are ok, but the service is very slow and the location is difficult to find

Good property, rooms are good but non ac, location of property is good, service good, my advice to property owners please install ac in rooms

The hotel is almost 5 km down side from mussoorie. Hotel rooms are non ac. Think twice before booking the hotel. The service staff is not cooperative. Fooding is costly inspite of the higher distance from mussoorie.

The view of the room was mesmerizing. Staff was courteous and exceptionally service oriented. Food was also tasty
