Kopaonik體驗最好的酒店,要記得早餐和晚餐都含在房費內的,前台不會提醒,要主動問,然後早晚餐都在樓下,品種很多,完全不用去外面吃。

Ging mit Kollegen zum Abendessen! Unerwartete Gourmetgerichte für Serbien! Schwarzbrot und Pellkartoffeln im Kräuter-Ton-Wrap mit Trüffelöl gebacken! Ich war überrascht von dem Dessert - Pfirsich-Panna Cotta, das mit Trockeneis serviert wurde.

Visited the Spa, La Pista and the Lobby Bar, did not stay overnight. Had 2 massages at the Spa which was great the masseuses where great at what they do and they are certainly recommended. La Pista restaurant is a good restaurant they have some premium quality dishes and service. Overal my experience besides above was not great and very mixed I was treated by some staff especially reception (due to some parking confusion) as a second class human being or even a third class because I'm not staying overnight. Fortunately I have to ability to understand some Serbian and could definitely say that there is some discrimination involved. If you are colored, solo and not familiar with the language or region I would not recommend. You will not get the service you deserve and are entitled to as a human being. I believed for a long time this not to be the case in Serbia but I stand corrected.

Very nice and cosy place. Buffet was perfect (amazing taste, enough choice and very nice staff with friendly attitude), dessert what we tried was 10+, lobby area amazing, beautiful room. Sure we will come back after this wonderful experience

We were traveling with a one-year-old child. It seems they didn't clean the hotel, our baby was putting a prickly object in her mouth… It certainly wasn't mine, because I don't wear fancy things.. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, the carpets were really dirty

Hotel is very good, although it lacks some little things so that everything is on highest level. Bed is very comfortable and room is excellent. Unfortunately they didn't had two separate beds room so we had to use sofa as second bed. During our stay room had problems with electricity and safety switches turned off several times. SPA is excellent, they have both inside and outside pools with heated water. They have salt room, normal and pine sauna. Relax room with water beds is a very comfortable experience. Food is tasty and there is a lot of things to choose from. Only breakfast is not really at its best level, and some food served for breakfast didn't really tasted good. Sweets were perfect.

Our family spent 3 days at Gorski and we had a wonderful time. First to mention the food (breakfast and dinner) incredible! Pool is super clean, spa as well. Room are nice and cozy, stuff is very polite and we felt very welcome. Only restaurant in the hotel "La pista" is way to expensive, where regular soup costs 750dinars (doesn't make any sense). Don't eat it, it doesn't taste well, neither is pasta. Only pizza with pepper was fine. Beside that restaurant, which you don't need to use, hotel is amazing! We are looking forward to come again.

I booked one room through booking with the hotel. Just at the day of check in, I found my booking was cancelled automatically. I did not do anything. I contacted with the hotel and booking many times, both in person and online. However, the hotel ignored my email and their phone number cannot be reached. Today, I finally heard from the hotel. They said the cancellation was due to booking and they refused to refund my money. And the booking said the hotel refused to refund and they cannot do anything for me. It’s £ 1200 in total but no one is taking the responsibility for me. I have to say this hotel is so terrible and they defrauded money.

Everything was great very good breakfast and dinner the hotel it self was very very clean in all areas. The spa was excellant the water in the oudside pool was very pleasent for swimming for this time of the year. The complementary massage was beyond wonderful. For sure will be coming back.

There were a few issues during our last stay in Gorski. They didn't let us take one donut from the restaurant for a child which wasn't present at the breakfast, which was outrageous. I asked about that at the reception and they gave me a cynical explanation that this is because their rooms are very warm so the food would spoil and it would be their responsibility if our kids get poisoned by the spoiled food that we give them outside the restaurant!? They were bringing the service room food for the extra charge in the very same room without a problem. This tells how ridiculous this explanation was. Of course, it is not about the material value of one donut but about the lack of sensibility and respect by the hotel staff. After the checkout, we were very unpleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel parking. The hotel is charging 800 dinars extra per day for the parking even for their guest, but they don't maintain it. There were about 5-6 cars that were stuck in the snow on the parking, and we had to dig and find our way out of the snow on our own, although all of us were hotel guests and paid for the parking. One of the guests was stuck in the hotel parking for hours at the time we came to the parking. The guests who were leaving the hotel organized and help each other so all of us managed to get out of the parking eventually, but otherwise, some would spend all night in the hotel parking. You can see in the photo in what condition the parking was. I send an email to the hotel management one month ago about these issues hoping for an explanation and/or excuse, but they didn't have the decency to reply to the email and simply ignored it. On the other hand, they are very kind and reply within hours when we want to book and pay. So when they need you to get into the hotel you will have all their attention and respect, but once you arrive or once you are out of the hotel then you have to find your own way out of their wild parking and don't expect any attention unless you want to book again. I understand that the issues and problems are possible in every job, including tourism, so I tried both on the reception and via email to get an excuse or reasonable explanation for the issues we had, but never got it. This tells that there is something systematically wrong with this hotel. We were using this hotel for years, but it isn't what it was used to be.

Had a relax massage during which I couldn't enjoy for 10 minutes in a row because of noise from the pool, from other staff. They don t have any sound isolation in the rooms for the massage. It s 5 ⭐ hotel - ridiculous!!! Don t waste money and time!!!!
