Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Küche. Der Schreibtisch war groß und bot viel Platz zum Essen. Es lag etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Handtücher können mitgebracht werden.

Exceptional!! The best place to stay in Munich. Excellent location, close to the station, with plenty of Cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great facilities. Very pleasant place with a cozy vibe :-).

Really nice hotel with self service facilities. My room had a kitchenette with a spacious fridge, dishwasher, stove etc. The room also has a lot of storage and you can link your phone to the TV. The even got a white noise machine

The hotel has no staff to meet you. So check-in is being done with software - long and hard process, where you wait and do it in the entrance, without any place to sit. It was not clear that we can do it a day before and in such situation - it could have saved us the check-in puzzle at 11:00PM after long flight and train journey. Breakfast is served in a box to the room, but arrived on time only at the first day. breakfast is poor. The late arrival did not leave us time to eat it. When we asked what is happening, the final answer was at night.... There was is no cleaning of the room while we stayed, and if I understand correctly there is a way to replace the towels by yourself. The kitchen in the room is good and has all what is needed. All in all - if you consider it as renting a house/room for short time with no service - it is a good choice, If you expect room service and decent breakfast, this is not the place for you. Subway is short walk away - about 14 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem in der Geographie. Von der Hauptbahnhofsbahnhöfe um ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß, es ist sehr einfach, die Attraktionen in der Stadt zu erreichen. Nur in der Nähe der Wohnung ist der Schlauch relativ geräumig und Sie müssen die Fenster schließen, um die Stimmen draußen zu blockieren.

AI only ability to act like they are listening but didn't get things fixed. Shower faucet broken and wasted my time inform hotel and a persoanl admin respond and try to fix on the third day. it's a little too late. Also, i asked if there will be free bottle waters and AI said yes. when i'm back to the second room and can't find it in the utility room. AI said sorry. only welcome water on the first day. Horrible AI experience and quite annoying. Another down side is the neighbor hood doesn't look clean and safe for female guests. However, room is clean and comfy enough.

位置很好 周邊有超市，打車也非常方便，距離地鐵站不遠，打車到老城區衹要半小時不到的路程，距離展館也是半小時時間。
