Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.

Das Zimmer ist alt und wird als ehemaliges intercontinentales Hotel angeblich. Es gibt Wildhunde draußen um die Mitte der Nacht und schreien noch zu kämpfen! Das Hotel hat einen großen Gott, es gibt einen Pool, so dass es viele Wäsche gibt! Die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut! Genau auf dem Spiel der indischen Miss Indiens Ebene, schließlich sah ich etwas von der legendären indischen Schönheit!

Ein tolles Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr glücklich Es gibt auch ein teueres Schlafzimmer, aber es ist es wert, am Abend dort zu sitzen und den Strand zu genießen. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels hat uns nicht gefallen: sehr weit entfernt von allem und im Außenbereich starke Beeinträchtigung durch Müllgeruch
