Die Lage ist gut, es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung und der Service der Kellner ist insgesamt sehr gut. Die Außenanlagen des Hotels sehen zwar in Ordnung aus, aber die Hygiene ist sehr mangelhaft, die Bettwäsche und Decken sind nicht sauber, und der Kontakt hat sie durch neue ersetzt, was nicht gut ist. Das Sofa hat in der Ecke Schimmel, das ganze Gästezimmer und der Flur riechen modrig. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, billig ist wirklich ein Problem.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Mumbai and was completely disappointed, especially with the front office staff. While the check-in process was smooth, the service from the staff left much to be desired. There was no politeness from any of the team members I interacted with—they seemed to be rushing around without so much as a smile, which made the atmosphere very unfriendly. One particularly shocking issue was with the key card holder they gave me. It was clearly reused, and the name of a previous guest, "Bhatt," was still visible on it. I couldn’t believe they would hand out an old card holder without properly clearing or replacing it. This level of carelessness is just unprofessional for such a renowned hotel chain. Additionally, there was a staff member who helped me with my luggage upon arrival, but for the next three days, he couldn’t even recognize me. Whenever I smiled or greeted him, he would turn his head and avoid eye contact. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but his rude and indifferent behavior was shocking. For a brand like Holiday Inn, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns around the world and have never had such a bad experience. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at this location was truly disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The room was clean with excellent service. Breakfast is tasty. Nearby the airport. suitable for business trips.

Duty manager was able to get me a new room because there was a party/wedding going on outside throughout midnight. Had to ask for room change at 2am, but the staffs was not very responsive because she kept hanging up the phone when I call from room.

In general has satisfactory stay, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was of good variety

Wonderful clean rooms and friendly staff ,food was good .It's a bit far away from Mumbai Central, but it's a great hotel

Great hotel , can improve on the breakfast options but overall great service and really nice amenities.

The stay last time was better- employees Saii and Rin are awesome!! I did however have an incident where a taxi driver ripped me off and then the driver went to the hotel and manipulated the staff to give him more money after ripping me off. Then the staff came to me to pay them that they were scammed out of. It was rediculous

Good place. Very good stay. But they didn’t pick up my calls in the midnight when I called them frim the airport.
