Die meisten Zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert und der Lärm ist sehr laut. Letztendlich habe ich mich für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster entschieden. Der Hauptgrund dafür ist, dass es in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs liegt und praktisch ist, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Ich habe die zwei Nächte online bezahlt und gebucht. Das Hotel hat die Zahlung erneut eingezogen und eine Rückerstattung versprochen. Es sind mehr als 10 Tage vergangen und ich habe es immer noch nicht erhalten.

I didn't expect to find a clean room with basic amenities. Strong wifi, hot shower and air con in good condition. Small room enough for 2. Nearby Chinese coffeeshop and Indian foods available. What negative is TV not working and a broken shower head. Good budget hotel 👍

This is so call room with windows. Look at the view!! I was given room at first floor where immediate down below is a 24hrs restaurant. Their kitchen is so busy until 3am and the rubbish truck came ard 5am . The window cant close properly u can imagine the noise & smell. I just abandoned the room and rebook another hotel the next day.

The room is very spacious and clean. The floor is a bit dusty but its all good. There’s a refrigerator in the room, very convenient for staying a few nights. The front desk is also friendly. Housekeeping will clean the room every morning which is great! They provided soap and shampoo. The location is excellent as its only 5 mins walk to nu sentral. Overall im very satisfied with the stay.

I arrived quite late to check in and the person at main desk warmly greet me. The staff quite friendly. The room is okay and spacious. All is well except the hot water too hot and took sometime to cool down.

- Check-in Process: Needs to be faster. Too much data entry is required by the receptionist, even though everything was submitted and paid for online. Guests are tired and want to rest immediately, so the process should be quicker. - Room Key Issue: The check-in took almost 15-20 minutes, and the room key didn’t work, I had to return to the lobby again to get a replacement! - Deposit: A RM 20 cash deposit is required, which is inconvenient. In the era of e-wallets, most people don’t carry cash anymore; this should be eliminated. - Room Size: The room is small but equipped with basic facilities and safety box. - Power Outlet: The room has 1x standard local 3-pin/UK power outlet by the bed, 1x international power outlet next to the study table. - The Superior Queen room has excellent soundproofing, even though it faces the outside window, and the window allows plenty of natural light. - The air conditioning provides good cooling. - Hair dryer & water heater is available. Ironing board + iron outside of the room in the hallway. - I appreciate the bed lighting, which can be dimmed without the main light being too bright, making it comfortable for both sleeping and working. - There’s a study table, and the room comes with instant coffee and drinking water. - WiFi: The WiFi is fast for online conference & social media access. - Prayer Space: There's a kiblat sign, and although the space is tight, there's just enough room to pray without having to do so on the bed. - There is a lift. - Toiletries: Basic toiletries provided: bottled soap and shampoo. No toothbrush though. - Dining: There’s a mamak restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious and served hot. You should try their nasi lemak with hot fried chicken. - Bonus: Choose windowed rooms so you can watch people savouring their Malaysian food and chatting in the restaurant downstairs.

Good value for money. Reasonable size room. Good Internet connectivity. Near to food outlets. A short walk from KL Sentral.

after the initial stay 2 days, we extend 2 more nights, mainly because it is very near KL Sentral main staion and NU Sentral mall , convenient for traveling and shopping and food, however for someone sensitive with noise, it may not a good place to stay as there is a all day restaurant next door, popular with local young people ,also the trash collection truck come very early morning create noise, i would say the place is ok but there are many similar places in the same street to choose..

The front desk was not helpful for anything. Even though the entry hall is huge they only put 2 couches to wait while most of the visitors wait standing.. They even charged us for tourism tax even though it was paid during booking. (Thx trip.com they refund it.) The elevator is very small and most of the time it was busy .

The room is clean... comfortable... location is good... next to eatery...

Well-placed as it is in the transpo hub KL Sentral & near numerous eating places & a big mall. Room is small but will suffice if you just need a place to sleep. Channels on the TV are limited although the fast wifi will compensate. Clean, convenient, budget-friendly & with staff providing needed info for guests.

this was a great stay. clean and localised in kl sentral. I would recommend it
