si tratta di un albergo a due stelle pertanto le aspettative non potevano essere troppo alte per quanto riguarda l’arredo dell’albergo e delle stanze che sono in effetti molto squallidi. Mai una colazione è stata tanto misera e triste; se anche avessimo voluto integrarla pagando non avremmo potuto ordinare neanche un succo di frutta industriale perché non era disponibile. tuttavia ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la scortesia dello staff; mai in un mese trascorso in tante diverse regioni di questo paese abbiamo sperimentato una tale maleducazione e ***canza di rispetto verso il cliente, così lontani dal concetto tipico di accoglienza indiana. Il nostro tour operator ha erroneamente prenotato una notte anziché due, così ci siamo trovati sbattuti fuori dalla camera la mattina del nostro ultimo giorno, proprio quello della ripartenza. senza la minima traccia di panico io ho pensato ad un misunderstanding con il nostro operatore e ho cercato con lui la soluzione nel modo più pacifico possibile, ossia integrando il pagamento per una seconda notte. il proprietario, con una ***canza assoluta di savoir faire ha soltanto urlato come un vero pazzo fin dal primo istante senza nessuna ragione e invece di dirci un semplice e accettabile “mi dispiace, purtroppo non abbiamo altre camere disponibili”, ha continuato a urlare e sembrava divertito. Un’esperienza di sgarbatezza gratuita. Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

Das Team ist sehr freundlich - aber niemand hat sich im Restaurant aufgeholt, als ich versuchte, etwas zu bestellen. Andererseits war der Service unverfälscht. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit sehr schönem Bett und Bad. Es gab keine Badezimmer und es gibt keinen Essensraum für zwei Personen (nur ein Stuhl vor dem Tisch plus ein Armstuhl; Dusche war ein bisschen schwer zu benutzen. Alles in meiner Erfahrung war positiv, werde ich in Erwägung ziehen, hier wieder zu bleiben, wenn die AER-Bar wieder geöffnet ist

Amazing experience. The service and attention to detail live up to the St. Regis brand and reputation. It was crowded but staff remember your name and go out of their way to make every detail of your stay memorable. Abihijit at the Seven Fires restaurant took excellent care of us and was a pleasure to chat with. Chef Taj at Sahib prepared an incredible off the menu meal for us. We used their cars for 2 days and was worth every penny. Having the comfort of their drivers and car to ***euver through this city is priceless. They know the best street food areas, shopping and sights. Trying to do this on our own would have been a *** endeavor. The only peculiarity of this property is the propensity of guests to have breakfast in their pajamas while donning hotel slippers. The the Spa is next level. We did a couples package and it was a welcome experience after a week on the road. Possibly best spa experience we have had and again, incredible service and facility. The value of this hotel is almost laughable given the price. A similar experience in Europe or the States and you are going to pay 4-5x the price. This was a stay we will relish for a longtime. The bar has been set very high by this outstanding property.

I was in the Room Number 2909. The Workers all were very friendly, especially Vivek. He is such a cool guy and we talked a lot. But as I wrote, all workers were very friendly and courteous. The food always was very tasty, the rooms are very comfortable and you can sleep very well on the bed. The Hotel itself has a upscale facility and it was always very clean. I have been coming to Fairfield for almost 4 months now. Hands down, it's one of the best properties for business travellers with a serene ambience and an exceptional staff, which caters to all the needs of the guests promptly. I would like to give a special shoutout to Anup for being one of the best staff members in the restaurant Mado Mado. He has been diligent and smart about his work amd has played a significant role in making my trips to the hotel and the buffet meals a lot more memorable.

A really dependable hotel within close proximity to Mumbai Airport. Great rooms and a superb buffet restaurant. The executive lounge is excellent and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed here many a time and it never disappoints. WiFi and air conditioning are perfect. Check out can be a little slow so allow extra time. If you book a executive room it comes with airport transfer but you are not always told this. In short. A great hotel with a great restaurant.
