Had the best time and a comfortable stay at Hotel Residency. We had made a group booking for a wedding for many guests, and the checkin and all other arrangements were very hassle free. Really appreciate the efforts of the entire team at the hotel and Mr Kaitan for accommodating all our requests.

We booked 15 rooms for our guests who came to attend marriage function. They were all happy with their stay and the food as well. Also Kaitan was very cooperative throughout since the booking till the guest exit. Our guests found the hotel rooms clean

The family members who had stayed at the hotel liked the room and service as also the breakfast. They informed me that they would comeback at the same hotel if in future it would be required to stay in Mumbai. The hotel provides convenience as it is located near the metro station as well as the airport.

We had a truly seamless and delightful experience during our stay for my wedding. Mr. Khaitan, ***** with his incredible team, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that we didn’t face any issues throughout our time there. The rooms were immaculate, the hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff’s warmth and professionalism made our special occasion even more memorable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable.

Was decent but hygiene was a issue at the property. Moreover, the staff could have been more friendly.

Room smelled strongly of paint. Outdated fixtures in the bathroom. Two small double beds were provided when i had specifically asked for king/queen bed. Breakfast was very average, both in quality and in taste. Overall, a rather uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't book again.

Great experience, spacious rooms and nice location. Really enjoyed the stay here and have been staying here for quite sometime now.

The hotel is decent but not to the price you pay. The rooms are but has very less amenities. It's good for business travellers one night stop.

Breakfast is very average, rude behaviour from few serving over there. No place to sit, very small restaurant. Hvac controller in the room was not working properly, not able to maintain the temperature either running on full fan speed or off. No hot water, just a warm water for shower. Extra water bottles served by filling the bottle with their own treated water full of chlorine odour/ could have charged for bottled ones extra but they did not inform when asked to send extra bottles shows their lack of responsibility. Wardrobe and bathroom doors are not friendly to open and close. Lots of defaults at this hotel. This will be my last visit here.

Always favourite. Clean rooms, good food, great airport connectivity. Airport drop and pick up. Very near to we highway.
