Dated hotel with thin walls. Common corridor had bad smell from poor ventilation, though room was ok with basic amenities. Mine had window and plenty sunlight, but there were rooms facing inside courtyard. Do not stay here if you are light sleeper. I could hear the kids next door at midnight and their alarms in the morning. Breakfast choice was poora db not worth paying for, except for egg station which offered decent scrambled eggs. Hotel is ok if you needed somewhere close to airport for one night, with some food options in the simple mall downstairs. But would stay elsewhere in future.

Excellent stay! The location is perfect—only a 5-minute drive from the airport—and the hotel provides complimentary airport transfers at any time of day, no matter when your flight arrives or departs, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also outstanding: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast options are not extensive, but considering the very reasonable price, the quality and value are more than satisfactory. If there were a coin laundry facility available, the hotel would be even better. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay, especially for travelers needing quick airport access.

Needs more attention to their room cleanliness. Maintenance work in the rooms are very poor. Tap is leaking there is no place to keep the soap inside shower cubicle. All the rooms are in one floor but no directions to the rooms. Need to search all the doors to find our room.

Very bad wifi service, some doors are already broken. Bathroom taps and shower wont work properly

Staying at Times Hotel Brunei during my business trip was comfortable and convenient. The location is strategic, close to the airport and shopping areas. The room was clean and spacious, with reliable Wi-Fi for work. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is like a castle with wide corridors and spacious rooms. Great service too, with free breakfast, and free airport pick-ups and drop-offs.

Try contacting hotel before arrival message, email and call to no avail, for airport pick. Easy walk from airport to hotel(15 mins), though it was midnight. Manage to check in without hick ups. What you pay is what you get (for 20 hr layover its great), breakfast is ok, staff friendly and accommodating. 3-4 malls around to spend time and walk around. Flexible airport drop off.

There's one of the best locations hotel in Brunei 🇧🇳, shopping mall ( times square) just located in the same building of the hotel as well. Furthermore, also connected to the other 2 shopping mall ( airport mall and city square as well.) breakfast quite nice and room service food also not bad. The Room was clean and spacious too. Will stay again this hotel. Thanks

Hotel was smelly , staff were not that friendly , pillow had stains and smelled really bad , floor was sticky had to wear my shoes inside
