Das ist ein sehr neues und wunderbares Hotel! Sie haben hervorragende Service und Avantgarde Dekoration Design. Oh, und sie haben eine tolle Lage! Ich denke, ich werde für den nächsten Urlaub zurück nach Tekapo kommen. Das ist meine erste Wahl.

Overall experience was awesome. Easy to get there and one parking space just outside the entrance. Excellent shower. Hot, good pressure, heated towel rail and heater during shower. However, we found a used pad in the washing machine which is quite gross. Also no tumble dryer is provided but a good size clothes hanger is provided. Would recommend.

The place is lovely, but unfortunately the host didn’t send me instructions how to check in. We had to look for WiFi in a public place to be be able to call him. It took us a while to find it. There was no shampoo, only 2in 1. Ladies with long hair, bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner. Otherwise the place is new and comfortable.

The location is good, about 7 minutes' walk from the center of the town. The room has ample heating equipments, so you can have a warm sleep even in the coldest winter days. However, the sound insulation condition is bad and will interact with the guests on the other side of a thin wooden door. This accommodation is located near to Lake Tekapo and Four Square grocery store. 5-7 min drive to Tekapo hot springs (star gazing). Good amenities provided - kitchenette, dish washer, coffee maker, utensils, washing machine and wifi connection. No mirror cast available at TV - it’s connected to Sky cable TV programmes. Unfortunately, we did not find the bed comfortable - bedroom is too small for both of us. Limited car park lots.

Spacious room with complete facilities, very comfortable for me and my child. There’s even a rooftop for stargazing. Breakfast was unlimited with a wide variety of options, and it could even be delivered to the room. The lake view was absolutely stunning. Although we only stayed for one night, it was truly a memorable experience for both of us.

We are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated. 3 points here to explain the terrible experience. 1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV! 2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon! 3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience! In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment. I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review. Thanks.

Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr gut zu finden, es ist ein großer Teil, der wie ein einfaches Zimmer aussieht, eigentlich genau auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers 27 (dies ist die Nummer 29), aber es gibt keine eindeutige Nummer und Marke, wir wechselten zwei Seiten, um es zu finden. Obwohl das Aussehen etwas einfach ist, ist die Innenausstattung relativ komfortabel, das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu, es gibt einen Tisch, eine Küchenbetriebsfläche, einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle usw., und ein Tisch, ein Sofa, ein paar Schranke. Die Tür kann parken. Die Lage des Zimmers ist etwas von dem Ticabo-See entfernt, aber weil die Stadt sehr klein ist, ist es ungefähr 10 Minuten am See, und es fühlt sich nicht ungünstig an. Am Morgen sah ich die Fensterschranke öffnen.
