Room was okay for short stay, doesn't have kettle if u wanna grab for hot drink, but they've cafe at 1st floor i guess(i forgot). This hotel is inside shopping mall.

Große Hotelkomplex, und die Zimmer, Service und Einrichtungen sind gut und ausreichend. Zimmermöbel können ein wenig datiert sein, aber definitiv sauber. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Es gab ein Resort Gefühl auf den Ort und wir lieben die Weihnachtsdekorationen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein und hatte eine breite Auswahl. Es gab viele Kinderaktivitäten, die wir versuchen wollten, aber nicht Zeit. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Das Zimmer ist groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber, und die Badezimmereinrichtungen sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist großartig. Die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und Badetücher ist relativ schlecht.Als ich in der ersten Nacht ins Bett gehen wollte, stellte ich fest, dass die Innenseite der Bettwäsche (Obermatratze und Steppkern) stark muffig roch.Ich musste warten bis das Servicepersonal sie alle ersetzt hat, und ich konnte mich bis ein Uhr nachts nicht ausruhen (das Servicepersonal Die zum ersten Mal gebrachten Ersatzteile riechen noch, und die wieder genommenen sind normal ); nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden Bade- und Handtücher ausgetauscht, ab und zu sind auch Flecken zu sehen. Die Schalldämmung des zur Straße gerichteten Glases ist sehr gut, die Schalldämmung der Tür ist jedoch schlecht und es ist sehr laut, wenn auf dem Flur gesprochen wird oder die Tür geöffnet und geschlossen wird. Der Aufzug muss die Karte durchziehen, was sehr sicher ist. Aber zwei Personen wohnten in einem Zimmer, und das Hotel stellte nur eine Zimmerkarte zur Verfügung, sodass das Ein- und Aussteigen sehr umständlich war.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Ich habe ein Familienzimmer gebucht, aber das Zimmer war sehr alt. Ich bin dorthin gegangen, weil ich gehört habe, dass es kürzlich renoviert wurde, aber das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, war sehr alt... Es hieß, es hätte einen Blick auf den Golfplatz, aber es hätte einen Blick auf den Parkplatz... Es gab keine richtige Steckdose, also habe ich Ich kochte Kaffee auf dem Boden und benutzte ihn, indem ich den Fön an den Boden anschloss. Der Kartenschlüssel wurde immer wieder nicht erkannt, so dass es mir schwerfiel, den Aufzug und die Tür zu öffnen. Es gab drei Schwimmbäder, die Kinder hatten also viel Spaß, aber sie ließen uns nicht ohne Wasserschuhe hineingehen. Das erste Kind spielte und ein dünner Stein geriet zwischen seine großen Zehennägel, wodurch es blutete. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie Wasserschuhe tragen würden, aber es ist eine Schande. Selbst wenn es keinen Trockner gibt, wäre es einfacher, Kleidung zu trocknen, wenn es einen Dörrapparat gäbe, aber es war enttäuschend, dass ich meinen Badeanzug nicht zum Waschen zurücklassen konnte. Aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und die Lage war gut Habe auch das Zimmer gereinigt.

Arrived rather late from KK Airport and did a checked in late to almost midnight. Reception was busy at this hour with another group of 6 (family) of koreans also doing their check in. For the first night, the aircond did not cool down the room but informed housekeeping and maintenance next morning during breakfast and the team resolved the issue promptly . The room allocated is SPACIOUS . theres still available room to possibly fit another 2 single beds ! Location of hotel is superb as it is just beside Suria Shopping Centre. Breakfast selection is extensive and you get to see a good seaview AND a construction site of an upcoming Condominium. I love this hotels pool area and Poolside bar with the beautiful Sea view and Sunset . The Gym is located same floor as the pool. The TV in the room is a smart TV, I could surf and view youtube channels directly . Will i stay here again ? yes , and will choose a Deluxe category as these rooms faces the sea directly (sunset also)

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Hotel sangat best. Go to level 3 can do your self laundry service, its inside the gym area. So far enjoy our stay here. A bit far from KK, but still can find a lot food around here. Very fast service as well. Good job and please maintain your best service
