Kurokawa Onsen ist eine Thermalquellenstadt in der Nähe von Aso. Sie verfügt über viele Thermalquellenhotels und hat eine lange Geschichte. Relativ gesehen sind auch die Thermalquellen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich war etwas besorgt über diese Reise, aber nach meiner Ankunft im Kurokawa Hotel Kurokawaso war ich in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden. Der Kundenservice von Ctrip war sehr rücksichtsvoll und half mir, eine Abholung vom Hotel zu buchen. Sie sollten wissen, dass die Lage des Hotels immer noch etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof entfernt ist, insbesondere wenn Sie zwei große Koffer dabei haben. Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind im westlichen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist etwas weit vom Hauptgebäude entfernt, aber Sie müssen nicht auf Tatami-Matten schlafen, was zum Aufstehen und Schlafen praktisch ist. Was noch besser ist, ist, dass es im Zimmer Thermalbecken gibt, eines drinnen und eines draußen. Wenn Sie ein Paar oder ein Pärchen sind, müssen Sie nicht getrennt in den heißen Quellen für Männer und Frauen baden. 服務的差評是給代理公司和攜程客服的，後來攜程客服給我誠墾的道歉了。最好自己官網訂，代理公司太差勁了。酒店的服務是優秀的。酒店在黑川温泉，我是自由行沒自駕，交通不便，沒有火車，衹有bus 一天衹三班．黑川温泉巴士站是無人站無衞生間無出租無任何商業。基於對祕境温泉交通不便的一些常識，頭天我讓攜程客服預約接站，告之無接站服務很近自己走過去，當時我就覺得不對蘋果導航有20分鐘路程結果到站果然傻眼，自己聯繫酒店，前台英語不好問我名來自哪裡馬上就知道了派車來接我，到了司機鞠躬跟我道歉、開車5、6分鐘到酒店，全上坡沒標識．辦入住時酒店人員説想問我如何到酒店但代理公司是座機無人接．酒店從來都有接送站服務。月洸樹酒店幾乎是完美的，衹有8間房，每間都非常棒，設施備品極其用心，品質優良。每間都是室內室外兩個温泉，温泉水質極好真的美膚水，餐食是頂級的，非常享受。另外酒店大可不必找會中文的工作人員，日本員工在禮節態度上強多了，更加熱情，用翻譯軟件足夠了，比劃一下都行的，主要來日本就是喜歡那份熱誠和不打折扣的服務。總之月洸樹非常值得一試，會再來，黑川温泉水質名不虛傳，這裏還有竹笛等優質酒店，豐儉由人，都相當不錯，衹是太冷清了，交通又不方便，沒有便利店咖啡店，衹有兩三家餐廳，想多待幾天多住幾間酒店中午退房後都不知去哪裡消磨時間。

25 Minuten zu Fuß von der warmen Straße, aber das Hotel hat ein Auto, das zu transportieren ist, die Umgebung ist komfortabel und ruhig, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und genügend, aber das Zimmer hat kein Badezimmer und kein Bad, kein warmes Wasser, im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, als man aus dem Bus stieg. Es gab viele Arten von Yukata, auch für Kinder. Die Umgebung war erstklassig Nachts war die Wassertemperatur für private Paare moderat. Sie können mit Ihrer Familie in den heißen Quellen baden und das Abendessen und Frühstück in privaten Boxen genießen Das Essen ist auch recht authentisch und lecker. Insgesamt ist es kostengünstig.

I love the interior of this resort. The staff members are really friendly and helpful. I had little knowledge in selecting local onsen resort, so my initial expectation was not high. Much to my surprise, I love everything this hotel has had. Facility wise everything looks brand new. The room is spacious and comfy. The public bath and indoor onsen are big and clean. As for the meals, the presentations were good and they were delicious. I have no complaint about it. Keep up with the good work. Look forward to staying there again.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

We are a couple from Australia and I only speak a little Japanese. This was a truly AMAZING experience! The staff were so kind and friendly, giving us assistance was no issue for them. The location is stunning, the private onsen was glorious and the dinners and breakfasts were bigger than we could possibly eat (and we love our food). The price point for this experience was so good - fantastic value for money. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little adventure in the heart of countryside Japan. If you get the chance to also visit Minamiaso (they will take you there at no extra charge) for the day, grab some e-bikes and have a ride around- take in the beautiful scenery and wonderful food options.

酒店負責免費接送，服務很親切。可以看出酒店已經有些年頭了，沒有電梯，但是熱情的工作人員會主動幫忙搬行李。大浴場洗澡位衹有5個，略有不足，我們洗澡的時候還有個淋浴頭壞了，衹能2個人擠一個，後面的妹子還要等位😂家庭間衹夠一人用，最多2個小情侶擠擠。大浴場池子很多，還有在河邊能看到瀑布的混湯，風景不錯😌酒店離温泉主道有點遠，我走路比較慢，來回要走半小時😂😂

Kurokawa onsen was the highlight of my trip to Kyushu. So I splurged on this accomodation. I chose a room with river view and it was the best decision. Love the stay so much. Staffs were lovely and helpful. They speak good English and Mandarin. Lobby was spacious. Plenty of spaces to chill and chat as a family. The onsens were abundance to choose from. Breakfast was awesome, so was dinner. We got the room with 2 beds and 2 futons. We all enjoyed our stay so much

Die Nebensaison kann man als Charter bezeichnen. Es waren nur wenige Gäste im Restaurant und bei den Fahrgeschäften. Der Preis ist zwar nicht besonders günstig, aber Frühstück, Abendessen und die Nutzung der heißen Quellen sind inklusive. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr reichhaltig und alles ist köstlich. Die heißen Quellen sind in Innen- und Außenbereich unterteilt, aber da es sich möglicherweise um die Nebensaison handelt, ist der Außenpool wohl nicht vollständig geöffnet. Für die Nutzung der 13 Dampfbad-Sims ist ein Aufpreis empfehlenswert. Alle Einrichtungen sind neu. Jedes Dampfbad ist schön und mit einem Massagegerät ausgestattet. Es wird empfohlen, ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption zu wählen, von wo aus man bequem zu Fuß hingehen kann. So spart man sich den Umweg zum Shuttlebus – es ist viel bequemer. Kinderspielhaus und Alterstest sind ebenfalls vorhanden und sollten unbedingt besucht werden, obwohl ein Aufpreis anfällt. Der Preis ist jedoch sehr günstig. Wenn Sie vom Wohnheim aus zu einem anderen Parkplatz fahren, ist es näher.
