The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

Weder zu viel noch zu wenig. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die an das Zimmer angeschlossene Thermalquelle war zwar nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Das Essen war nicht extravagant, aber auch nicht übertrieben, was zufriedenstellend war. Das Restaurant und die Kaffeelounge boten einen schönen Blick auf das Gebäude am Teich, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf und tolle Fotomotive bot.

I love the interior of this resort. The staff members are really friendly and helpful. I had little knowledge in selecting local onsen resort, so my initial expectation was not high. Much to my surprise, I love everything this hotel has had. Facility wise everything looks brand new. The room is spacious and comfy. The public bath and indoor onsen are big and clean. As for the meals, the presentations were good and they were delicious. I have no complaint about it. Keep up with the good work. Look forward to staying there again.

We are a couple from Australia and I only speak a little Japanese. This was a truly AMAZING experience! The staff were so kind and friendly, giving us assistance was no issue for them. The location is stunning, the private onsen was glorious and the dinners and breakfasts were bigger than we could possibly eat (and we love our food). The price point for this experience was so good - fantastic value for money. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little adventure in the heart of countryside Japan. If you get the chance to also visit Minamiaso (they will take you there at no extra charge) for the day, grab some e-bikes and have a ride around- take in the beautiful scenery and wonderful food options.

It was the greatest experience I have had in onsen hotel staying. Everything was the greatest with no room to complain. Exceptional service, nice private onsen (reservation required), spacious and clean rooms, free drinks, dinner with wagyu beef, quiet and relaxing environments. I left my jacket in my room, after I left, they even email me to offer options if I want to have the jacket back. They finally arranged to courier the jacket to my hotel I stayed afterwards (courier fee COD). I appreciate this service a lot, they truly want me to have a nice trip with no regrets. I highly recommend this onsen hotel, very valuable for this low price!

酒店負責免費接送，服務很親切。可以看出酒店已經有些年頭了，沒有電梯，但是熱情的工作人員會主動幫忙搬行李。大浴場洗澡位衹有5個，略有不足，我們洗澡的時候還有個淋浴頭壞了，衹能2個人擠一個，後面的妹子還要等位😂家庭間衹夠一人用，最多2個小情侶擠擠。大浴場池子很多，還有在河邊能看到瀑布的混湯，風景不錯😌酒店離温泉主道有點遠，我走路比較慢，來回要走半小時😂😂

Es ist ein gutes privates Haus. Aber ich empfehle nicht, wenn das Wetter kalt ist oder regnet, oder wenn Sie mit jungen Kindern reisen. Ich habe mit meiner Familie mit zwei Toddlern reist. Das Bad und die Würfel sind im Freien, nicht ganz gut beleuchtet und nicht gut abgedeckt. Der Wasserdruck ist niedrig und das Wasser ist entweder sehr heiß oder sehr kalt. Es war eine kalte, regnende und windige Nacht. Es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung für uns wegen der oben genannten, und die Kinder hatten viel Schwierigkeiten, sich zu baden. Und wir waren besorgt, dass sie einen Kälte zu fangen. Und seltsam ist die Türverriegelung des Bades von außen und nicht von der Innenseite verriegelt. Denken Sie auch daran, vor dem Eintritt Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Wir haben unser eigenes Abendessen gekauft und kocht. Andernfalls ist es ein gutes privates Haus, wahrscheinlich das Beste für Erwachsene.

서비스가 너무너무 최고였습니다. 구로카와 온천에서 차로 5분 거리라서 위치가 애매했는데 (걸어서는 30분 거리) 이메일로 미리 사정을 말씀드리고 픽업을 요청드렸더니 흔쾌히 도와주셨습니다. 미리 예약한 후쿠오카에서 구로카와까지 가는 고속버스를 놓쳐서 당일에 갑자기 시간을 바꾸었는데도 도와주셨고, 심지어 고속버스가 너무 느리게 가서 약속된 시간보다 40분을 늦게 도착했는데도 불편한 기색 없이 친절하게 도와주시는 주인집 할머니, 할아버지께 미안하고 감사해서 눈물이 날 뻔 했습니다. 지금이라도 정말 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. 정말 감사했습니다. 덕분에 행복하게 구로카와에서 친구들 4명이서 여행할 수 있었습니다. 주인집 할머니께서 일본어로 미리 인포메이션 센터에서 저녁에 타고 갈 택시를 예약하라고 말씀해 주셨는데 저희가 일본어가 서툴러서 나중에 하자고 미루는 바람에 결국 택시 예약을 못하게 되었습니다. 덕분에 온천을 끝내고 저녁을 먹고 난 후 숙소에 가기 위해 30분 넘게 친구들 4명이서 깜깜한 숲 속 도로를 걸어갔습니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 다른 분들은 부디 온천에 도착하자마자 인포메이션 센터에서 돌아갈 때 타고 갈 택시를 미리 예약하시길 바랍니다. 완전 시골이라 콜택시를 부를 수가 없는 곳이고, 밤 8시만 돼도 차가 잘 안 돌아다닙니다. 모리 노 코티지 숙소까지 걸어가는 건 사람이 할 짓이 못됩니다. 너무 힘들었어요. 어둡고 깜깜해서 무섭고 오르막길이라 힘들었습니다. 이것과 별개로 숙소는 최고였습니다. 나무로 만들어진 오두막이었는데 듣기로는 주인집 할아버지께서 직접 설계하셨다고 들었습니다. 아주 쾌적하고 깨끗하고 기분 좋은 숙소였습니다. 그리고 다음날 다시 후쿠오카로 돌아가야 해서 아침 9시 30분에 고속버스 정류장까지 픽업을 도와주셨습니다. 그런데 잘못 내려주셔서 만약 올바른 장소로 이동하지 않았으면 큰일날 뻔 했습니다. 또 버스를 놓칠 뻔 했어요. 저희가 일본어를 잘 못해서 소통의 오류가 생긴 거 같습니다. 유후인, 벳푸가 아니라 후쿠오카 공항에서 내리는 거였습니다. 그렇지만 다행히 올바른 정류장으로 이동했기 때문에 결과적으로는 아무 문제가 없었습니다. 다른 분들은 꼭 정확한 소통을 하셔야 할 거 같습니다 정말 감사하고 행복했습니다.

Die Nebensaison kann man als Charter bezeichnen. Es waren nur wenige Gäste im Restaurant und bei den Fahrgeschäften. Der Preis ist zwar nicht besonders günstig, aber Frühstück, Abendessen und die Nutzung der heißen Quellen sind inklusive. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr reichhaltig und alles ist köstlich. Die heißen Quellen sind in Innen- und Außenbereich unterteilt, aber da es sich möglicherweise um die Nebensaison handelt, ist der Außenpool wohl nicht vollständig geöffnet. Für die Nutzung der 13 Dampfbad-Sims ist ein Aufpreis empfehlenswert. Alle Einrichtungen sind neu. Jedes Dampfbad ist schön und mit einem Massagegerät ausgestattet. Es wird empfohlen, ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption zu wählen, von wo aus man bequem zu Fuß hingehen kann. So spart man sich den Umweg zum Shuttlebus – es ist viel bequemer. Kinderspielhaus und Alterstest sind ebenfalls vorhanden und sollten unbedingt besucht werden, obwohl ein Aufpreis anfällt. Der Preis ist jedoch sehr günstig. Wenn Sie vom Wohnheim aus zu einem anderen Parkplatz fahren, ist es näher.

We had a wonderful stay at the Power Spot Campsite. The owner was super friendly and helpfull. He helped us with all of our questions and gave us some great recommandations. We arrived on a rainy day with our bicycles and were so happy about the cozy tiny wooden house and a warm shower. We had an amazing view of the mountains and the shrine and it was even possible to make a campfire infront of the little house. It is a magical place. Also there are many cute and friendly cats. We would defenetly visit again!
