Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Es war alles sehr sauber und modern gestaltet. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine große abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Auch der Service war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Hotel. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Santoni und haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und toll. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Ein Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Parkplatz. Die Hotel Bar war ebenfalls super, die Getränke haben sehr lecker geschmeckt und es war sehr gemütlich diese draußen zu trinken. Das Personal ist super freundlich und macht einem gute Laune. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und werden wiederkommen

Wir sind vor Kurzem von einem Aufenthalt im Hotel Piccolo Mondo in Torbole zurückgekehrt. Ich hatte erst 4 Tage vor der Ankunft gebucht, also sehr kurzfristig, aber ich war erstaunt, wie unglaublich hilfsbereit Cinzia (Rezeptionistin) war und meine Fragen vor unserer Ankunft beantwortete. Ich reiste allein mit meinen beiden Söhnen. Cinzia hat sich außerordentlich darum gekümmert, dass wir das richtige Zimmer für uns bekamen (mein Sohn hat viele Allergien), und Cinzia war auch sehr hilfsbereit, als sie uns Tipps gab, wie wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen Verona zum Hotel gelangen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett, aber Cinzia war herausragend und hat einfach alles gegeben. Unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk war sehr sauber und hell und wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, was wunderbar war und was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Flure zu den Zimmern und die Treppen waren jedoch nicht sehr sauber, was definitiv verbesserungswürdig wäre, und vielleicht könnten sie renoviert werden/neue Teppiche bekommen. Leider hatten wir 2 von 4 Nächten mit kalten/lauwarmen Duschen (wir duschten gegen 23 Uhr). Mir wurde gesagt, dass das Wasser wegen der Uhrzeit, zu der wir geduscht haben, nicht heiß war (aber das ist natürlich für den gezahlten Preis nicht akzeptabel und in keinem Hotel akzeptabel, dass man nicht jederzeit heiß/warm duschen kann). Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Gegend des Gardasees und in diesem Hotel und insbesondere bei der wunderbaren Cinzia wirklich genossen! Sie hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Persönlichem gemacht und ist eine große Bereicherung für das Hotel. Vielen Dank, Cinzia, dass Sie unseren ersten Ausflug an den Gardasee so wunderbar gemacht haben! xxx
