Very nice hotel with good location next to the best mall in Yogyakarta. The hotel retains the grandeur of old era with large and cozy lobby areas with plenty of sofas for relaxing or to meet guests. The hotel has the larger than average room sizes. However, the rooms need to have better lightings overall but especially in the bathrooms. The hotel has shown signs of need for another round of renovation. Start with the lightings then the beddings as well as improving the sound barriers. During the last night of our stay, the hotel hosted a party in the backyard. The sounds of music was so loud, it was hard for me to sleep. Sending a note to the hotel guests about having a party in the evening does NOT mean that they can just host a party with such loud music in the backyard. Alternatively, the hotel can invest in serious sound proofing if they plan to have parties in the backyard or pool.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

Dieses Hotel ist sensationell. Es befindet sich auf einem Hügel in der Nähe der Prambanan Tempel und die Aussicht auf die Stadt, Prambanan und den Merapi Vulkan im Hintergrund ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, einfach dekoriert, sehr sauber, mit guten Betten und mit allen Ausstattung. Der Garten ist sehr gut betreut und ist außergewöhnlich (es gibt sogar ein kleines buddhistisches Denkmal). Der Schwimmbad ist erstaunlich. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr schön mit einer guten Qualität von Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Aktivitäten für Kinder wie Tierfutter und Pferderei. Es ist sogar möglich, eine kostenlose Fotoshooting-Session zu erhalten. Einfach eines der besten Hotels in Yogyakarta. Sehr empfohlen.

Amazing hotel, with excellent service. It was our first trip to Yogyakarta and I think it’s a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean. The facilities were excellent, with a swimming pool, gym, and outstanding food. Overall, highly recommended. 

If you're looking for White Lotus kinda vibe, this is the one! I really enjoy staying here! You also eligibe to have complimetary photoshoot from the hotel. The room is spacious with Gunung Merapi view is breath-taking. You also can have Gunung Merapi view when you dine at hotel's restaurant.
