Strange that there was no one there but it was all handled fine with no problems. It has a barbecue area which has all the things you need to cook food: plates, cutlery, utensils. Corkscrew was appreciated! The room was on the small side but perfectly fine for us. The garden and pool were nice and the sauna and jacuzzi pool a bonus.

What an amazing hotel! I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to. The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests. The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared. We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

The resort is located far away from the city and quiet. Best for the runaway weekend. The check-in procedure is quiet and the host is helpful. The golf court is great and fun even for beginner like me. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is great and enjoyable.

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

The most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

Schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und moderner Apartment. Leider waren wir über der Ventilation für das Wasch-/Technische Zimmer gelegen, so nicht eine Minute Tag oder Nacht, die nicht klang, als ob wir neben einer Fabrik waren! Wir waren in Zimmer 515 und wirklich dieses Zimmer und die Zimmer oben und unten sollten abgeschaltet werden. Nicht nur das konstante Geräusch, sondern verschiedene Geruch, einige schön ....Waschen, einige nicht so groß .....School Abendessen! Wir baten um sofortiges Verbringen von Zimmern, aber nur 2 Zimmer mit kleinen Doppelbetten wurden angeboten und wir mögen die großen Zwillingsbetten. Wir würden sicher noch einmal bleiben, aber nur, wenn wir garantieren können, dass wir vom Lüftungssystem entfernt sind. Das einzige andere Thema ... Wir fandten einmal Abendessen im Restaurant. Als wir ankamen, fragten wir, ob es vegetarische Optionen gibt, weil es ein Buffet ist. Der Kerl sagte uns, zur Snackbar zu gehen! Insgesamt ein toller Ort für einen Urlaub, nur nicht in Zimmer 515!

Best experience ever! My children had the best holiday so far! Room is spacious and clean, we also had an amazing sea view! Great meals, plenty of options to choose from! We had an opportunity to spend time in their others hotel, using the facilities and drinking. Thank you for this wonderful experience 😊

Schöne Lage sehr ruhig. Das einzige, was ist das, was sie ein wenig besondere sind, weil sie, wenn ich um einen späten checkout bitten, nicht einmal warten, dass ich zu der Zahlung kommen. Sie kamen direkt und ließen mich in die Tür klopfen, um die Zahlung von 25 Euro nicht wie das Ende der Welt zu machen.

Gute Lage und Aussicht auf den Strand. Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis für Februar akzeptabel. Fenster und Betten etwas alt und Klimaanlage für viel Lärm. Für Ihre Lage könnte es bessere Möglichkeiten haben, diese Dinge zu renovieren. Sie bieten keine Küchenpapiere oder Schrott für die Reinigung der Gerichte, etwas völlig lächerliches in einer Wohnung, wo man die Küche verwenden muss. Daher ist es angezeigt, in diesen Wohnungen zu buchen, wenn der Preis vernünftig ist.

Ich blieb in Marbella für 1 Nacht, die perfekt war. Als ich ankam, rief ich Rezeption an und Renee kam bald. Sie war sehr freundlich, beantwortete alle meine Fragen und war sehr hilfreich. Ich blieb in einem einzigen Zimmer mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Das Hostel ist direkt in der Mitte der Altstadt und einen kurzen 6-minütigen Spaziergang zum Bushalte Marbella Canter und dem lokalen Strand. Von dort habe ich ein Fährschiff bis zum Strand von Puerto Banus gefangen und hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit. Eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Es war Nachtzeit zum Essen, eine freundliche Atmosphäre, kurze Entfernung zum Parque dela Alameda.
