Das Hotel befindet sich im ehemaligen japanischen Pavillon der Kunming World Expo. Die Innenhoflandschaft ist voller Zen, wunderschön und friedlich. Im Hof ​​gibt es einen Teepavillon, in dem die Gäste Tee kochen und die Landschaft genießen können, was sehr interessant ist. Diesmal buchte eine dreiköpfige Familie ein privates Thermalbad. Die Dame an der Rezeption war herzlich und freundlich und half beim Upgrade des Zimmers, um kostenlos ein Kinderbett hinzuzufügen. Die Raumaufteilung ist angemessen, die Ausstattung ist vollständig und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel. Dies ist ein Hotel, das ich wieder besuchen werde.

Dieser Aufenthalt war großartig! Das Hotel ist stilvoll gestaltet und Sie spüren die warme Atmosphäre, sobald Sie die Tür betreten. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Bettwäsche war weich und bequem und ich habe gut geschlafen. Im Zimmer gab es außerdem Mundwasser mit Gummibändern und Tücher zum Abschminken. Ich liebe das Design der raumhohen Fenster. Das Sonnenlicht scheint am frühen Morgen herein und es ist so angenehm, beim Kaffeetrinken die schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt zu genießen! Außerdem endet die Frühstückszeit im Hotel um 13:00 Uhr, was für faule Leute wie mich sehr angenehm ist 🤭. Außerdem gibt es beim Auschecken Blumentorten als Geschenk 😊. Qualität spiegelt sich in jedem Detail wider. Das Badezimmer ist in Nass- und Trockenbereiche unterteilt, die Toilettenartikel sind von hochwertigen Marken und sogar der Haartrockner ist von Dyson! Der Reinigungsservice von Li Na war sorgfältig und aufmerksam. Sie war vom Check-in bis zum Mitternachtssnack im Restaurant herzlich und höflich. Ich werde diesen Ort bei meiner nächsten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. Ich kann es meinen Freunden nur wärmstens empfehlen~

10 Punkte, 10 Punkte Zufriedenheit. Der Service der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist wirklich gut, besser als in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Sauber und hygienisch, und die Umgebung gefällt mir. Exquisite Nachmittagsteepause: Der Kuchen ist köstlich, eingepackt und im Auto gegessen, was die Stimmung an einem regnerischen Tag aufhellt. Alles wird direkt vor die Nase geliefert! 👍 Die Einrichtung und das Design des Hotels sind sehr stilvoll und perfekt für Fotos. Die Bettwäsche ist super bequem, egal ob Matratze, Decken oder Kissen; es ist sehr ruhig und ich habe fest geschlafen. 😌 Ach ja, das Frühstück... Ich habe zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass es bis 13 Uhr geht, haha, das deckt quasi direkt das Mittagessen ab. Und dann gibt es noch einen exquisiten Nachmittagstee. Und dann noch spätes Abendessen und Wein! Man kann den ganzen Tag im Hotel gut essen und trinken. 🥹 Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe des Dianchi-Sees, mit einem kleinen Elektroroller kommt man überall hin. In der Essensstraße unten gibt es mehrere der bestbewerteten lokalen Restaurants. Ach ja, unten gibt es auch einen Indoor-Tennisplatz.

Das Zimmer ist ganz schön, sehr sauber, die Umgebung ist recht komfortabel, der Transport ist bequem, der Kaffee ist auch lecker, das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig und ich bin rundum zufrieden. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und alle auf dem Bahnsteig gestellten Wünsche werden auch beim Auschecken erfüllt. Vielen Dank, ich werde Cuihu Atour buchen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Kunming komme.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Good: 1. Located near the Haigeng Dam and the Xishan Cable Car. 2. Service staff was excellent. We arrived late in the evening and they were really accommodating despite the late hour. 3. Room was relatively clean and the hot water showers worked though we couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the showers. Not so good: 1. The room was not ready even though we arrived very late but the service staff was really apologetic and turned it around very fast despite the late hour. 2. The smart home system was not so smart after all. The light switch was faulty and the smart home system did not work. We had an unpleasant night, sleeping with the lights on because the alternative was to sleep without heating during winter (no go). Staff was again really apologetic. 3. Room was a little cramped because it came with a balcony - take note if you choose this room.

The location of Ruibo was so convenient to get to our early morning train at Kunmingnan Station in under 10 minutes. It is also situated right across from a lovely suburban lake with a beautiful path around it. Our family so enjoyed walking around this lake in the afternoon. The air was fresh, there were not so many people that you might encounter in Downtown Kunming, and my daughter found so many dandelions to blow! There are also many lovely and fairly priced restaurants down below the hotel to choose from offering a variety of Yunnan fare. Check in was flawless, and the check in agent was so kind and calm in the lobby. Now let's get to the room!!!! It had a stunning view of the lake, the train stAtion, trains and surrounding mountains. Everything in this brand new room is so well designed. There many nooks and crannies with well situated seats and cupboards. Space is so well thought out. My daughter's favourite seat was the couch incorporated into the windowsill. She could sit there and draw while looking out the window. The loft was awesome for our larger group of 4 people. The upstairs loft has its own bathroom and shower and sink!!! This was so appreciated after weeks of waiting our turns for the single toilet and shower that we found with other loft hotels! Best of all...both bathrooms had smart toilets!!! This was the first of 6 rooms we have stayed in around Yunnan to feature smart toilets. The price of this room was such value for the amenities and facilities we got! I would definitely stay here again, especially if arriving or departing on the southern trains!

Das Hotel liegt in einem hohen Stockwerk mit einer guten Aussicht. Unten gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit Snacks, das sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen und Essen ist. Die umliegende U-Bahn-Station ist auch ganz in der Nähe und bequem zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer ist in Trocken- und Nassbereiche unterteilt und es gibt eine intelligente Toilette. Das Zimmer ist mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Teebeuteln und Teeservice ausgestattet. Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal war sehr enthusiastisch. Das Frühstück im Hotel war einfach, aber köstlich. Das Hotel ist eine halbe Stunde vom Südbahnhof Kunming entfernt. Ich werde in diesem Hotel übernachten, wenn ich in Kunming ankomme. Ich empfehle es meinen Freunden

Everything was clean and the service was impeccable where it is located is in the middle of nowhere yet 5-10 mins drive from the main airport which was good. Only stayed for a day and the owner was more than accommodating also they offered me food which was very pleasant
