This guesthouse was really wonderful and charming! The owners are very thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The guesthouse is conveniently located in Jiangkou village and the room was comfortable and clean. If you are planning to visit Fanjing Mountain, we highly recommend that you stay here. We were able to walk to the scenic spot entrance very easily (although the owner also offered to drop and pick us up); the entrance is only a 2km walk away. Getting transportation to and from the guesthouse is also convenient as it is close to a drop-off/pick-up spot/parking lot. We took a 7-seater shuttle from Tongren station, and the owners helpfully arranged our return journey to the station so we didn't have to worry about it. We would definitely stay here again!

I was exploring Guizhou and decided to hike Fanmingshan. Compared to others, this was a reasonable price and distance to the scenic area. The immediate surrounding village 寨沙东 had some restaurants and stores (although I walked up the road to eat) and was 40 min walk to the entrance. A few other lodging choices are in more remote sections of the river, with only 1 or 2 store fronts or none at all；while a bit cheaper may have no easy transportation or drive options. I was the only person staying and got upgraded, and enjoyed their light breakfast in the morning. The room was well furnished and had a built-in mattress heater which was excellent in the winter. The owner also helped drive me to the entrance and also arrange the 35 rmb shuttle back to Tongren HSR. All in all excellent value and hospitality!

Amazing! Fascinating! Fanjingshan was the final stop of our memorable 10-day tour of Guizhou Province, and we truly could not have chosen a better place to conclude our journey. We felt genuinely blessed to stay at this lovely guesthouse for three nights. From the very beginning, the owner Mr. Zhang Haotian and his family made us feel completely at home; they were warm, engaging, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are tastefully designed and thoughtfully laid out, perfectly sized for comfort. Our room offered a soothing view of the river, along with a private balcony; an ideal spot to relax with your favourite tea or coffee. The modern touches were impressive too, especially the high-tech sensor toilet, which added a pleasant surprise. The three-storey guesthouse is equipped with an elevator, a thoughtful convenience for guests with heavy luggage or those who may find climbing stairs challenging. Dinner, lovingly cooked by the family, was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that reflected both their hospitality and culinary skill. Every meal felt homely and satisfying. We only wish we had taken more and better photographs of the guesthouse. Without a doubt, this is one place we will return to. As for the enchanting Fanjing Mountain itself, the owner drove us to the scenic area entrance. He even offered to pick us up later, but we chose to walk back instead, enjoying the cool climate. Fanjing Mountain is magical in its own right. The steep cable car ride to the summit, which takes over 20 minutes, was an experience in itself, offering breathtaking views of the mountain ranges stretching endlessly around us. At the top stands the age-old Buddhist temple, serene and awe-inspiring, perfectly harmonising with its natural surroundings. We loved the guesthouse, we are very grateful to Mr. Zhang and his family for their kindness, and deeply thankful for the unforgettable experience at Fanjing Mountain. It was the perfect ending to a remarkable journey.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur 5-6 Gehminuten vom Ticketschalter am Osttor entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig, mit einem großen Zimmer und einem bequemen Bett. Es ist sehr gemütlich, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und eine Tasse Tee zu genießen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und hält das Zimmer angenehm warm. Bett und Bettwäsche sind komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hygienisch. Warmwasser ist jederzeit verfügbar. Der Innenhof ist wunderschön und bietet verschiedene malerische Ausblicke, die sich perfekt zum Fotografieren eignen. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Teeraum – ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Teetrinken. Frühstück war in unserem Zimmer nicht inbegriffen, aber da Nebensaison war, hat der Besitzer uns kostenlos Frühstück angeboten. Die Reisnudeln und Weizennudeln waren köstlich; wir haben sie zwei Tage hintereinander gegessen – einmal mit klarer Brühe und einmal mit Chili. Die klare Brühe war köstlich, und der Chili duftete herrlich. Die saure Fischsuppe war ausgezeichnet; der Fisch wurde frisch gewogen und getötet. Je länger er kochte, desto zarter wurde er. Wir haben sogar die Brühe zum Reiseinweichen benutzt – ich habe zwei Schüsseln davon gegessen! Haha. Der Weißwein im Restaurant war auch gut. Das Restaurant hatte einige interessante lokale Spezialitäten; ich habe dort zum ersten Mal Matcha-Trüffel und Matcha-Nudeln gesehen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Wir kamen um 1 Uhr nachts an, und er hat die ganze Zeit auf uns gewartet. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war schon an, und er hat uns sogar nach oben begleitet. Am nächsten Tag hat er uns akribisch die Zeit für den Auf- und Abstieg auf den Berg sowie den Status und die Organisation der verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten mitgeteilt. Die Reise war sehr schön, das Wetter war großartig und die Luft ausgezeichnet. Die Berglandschaft ist einzigartig und definitiv einen weiteren Besuch wert. Der nahegelegene Goldene Buddha Tempel ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert.

Die Besitzer dieses Hotels bieten guten Service. Wir haben ein paar Tipps für Reisende: 1. Das Hotel liegt hinter der Absperrung des Parks. Man muss durch ein großes Tor gehen, um es zu erreichen und das Tor wird bewacht und ist am Abend/späten Nachmittag geschlossen bzw. wird für die Bewohner des Hotels auf Verlangen geöffnet. Dafür muss aber nachgewiesen werden, dass man im Hotel übernachtet. Deswegen hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu erreichen, als wir am späten Nachmittag dort ankamen. Die Besitzerin musste uns dort erst abholen und dafür musste sie telefonisch erreicht werden. (Da war die Sprachbarriere nur durch die hinzugezogene, sehr liebe Parkpolizei zu überwinden, die für uns im Hotel angerufen haben.) 2. Nur, weil das Hotel im Park, hinter dem Tor liegt heißt das nicht, dass man automatisch morgens der erste Besucher an der Seilbahn sein kann. Da wir sehr spät am Tag vorher angereist waren, hatte der Ticketschalter zum Umtauschen unserer vorher gekauften Tickets schon zu. Deswegen mussten wir das am Tag der Besteigung selber machen und kamen aus dem Grund trotz sehr frühem Aufstehen um 5 Uhr in eine lange Schlange. Also unbedingt so früh ankommen, dass das Tor noch auf und der Ticketschalter noch geöffnet hat!

Unser Aufenthalt im Heimathaus ist sehr komfortabel und eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Der Eingang zum Fanjingshan Mountain ist ein paar Minuten Fahrt und unser Gastgeber und ihr Mann führten uns zum Platz und nahm uns kostenlos. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr süß, freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Sie haben uns sehr begrüßt. Auf unserem Auscheck begleiteten sie uns sogar zum Ort, wo der Taxi uns holte. Sie schickten uns als Familienmitglied aus, sprachen mit dem Fahrer, um sicherzustellen, dass wir aufpassen werden. Sie lachten immer und waren bereit, Ihnen zu helfen. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt hier wegen ihrer Gastfreundschaft. Das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben sind, ist auch sauber und gut gepflegt. Die scenische Attraktion - der Fanjingshan Berg ist erstaunlich! Alles in unserer Reise in Fanjingshan war sehr erinnerelig und wir empfehlen sehr, Fanjingshan Weijianjingqi Homestay zu bleiben, wenn Sie den Ort besuchen.

Das Volksgebäude ist sehr elegant, das Vorhof ist ein Schritt für Schritt, das Hinterhofgras und das Bergwerk sind die Rede, die Drachen sind in der Wüste und im Wasser. Die Menschen, die hier leben, sind sehr begeistert. Das Frühstück ist großartig, ernährungsreich und es ist auch sehr bequem, den Wagen ins Dorf zu fahren. Viele süße, zerkleinerte, gemahlene Reis, Pulver, Zitronen und aller Art von Geschmack, die die Menschen wieder schmecken.

Sie können direkt vor dem Hotel parken, was für Selbstfahrer praktisch ist. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption war sehr enthusiastisch und ergriff die Initiative, um die Dinge vorzustellen, die man bei einem Besuch des Fanjing-Berges beachten sollte. Da es Nebensaison war, ergriffen sie die Initiative und statteten unser Zimmer mit einem Upgrade aus. Da wir nicht zum Abendessen ausgingen, brachten sie den Mitternachtssnack (gebratene Reisnudeln) für die Mitarbeiter auf unser Zimmer. Wir reisen oft mit dem Auto und übernachten hier, und dies ist das erste Mal, dass wir diesen Ort sehen, der sehr berührend ist. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sinnvoll aufgeteilt, die Toilette ist schick und die Toilettenartikel sind komplett. Obwohl es sich um ein B&B-Hotel handelt, ist es mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet, sodass Sie mit Ihrem Gepäck bequem die Treppen hinauf- und hinuntergehen können. Es gibt auch einen Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice.

We loved our stay here, it was the best part of our trip!! The hotel garden and the room were cute and had all necessities. What really made our stay great was the friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the hostess and host. They drove us to and from the entrance of the mountain twice, for free, helped us obtain tickets, and exchanged those tickets for us (due to a mistake of the mountain employee) while we were having dinner. They also recommended a restaurant upon our request and walked us there, lent us their personal umbrella, picked us up at midnight from a neighbouring homestay, so that we didn't get lost on the way back. We also randomly got orange slices, sunflower seeds and drink packets as a gift. To top it all up, they even drove us 1,5 hours to the railway station for the same price as Didi, so that we for sure would get there on time. Very nice people in a beautiful small village with a characteristic tower. The people in the village were nice overall, as there was a bonfire party where we were invited to dance in a circle with them and to go for food and drinks with them afterwards. They got us a bit more tipsy than we planned and toasted every time saying: “Welcome to China!” - and what a welcome it was. Thank you for the wonderfull experience.

A hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area.
