Nice hotel. Comfortable. One bad comment-If you want to use their washer/dryers you better bring quarters bc they DO NOT have any nor their restaurant/bar. Gas stations refused to swap Out dollars for quarters. In this day and age machines need to have debit/credit card payment ability. Costs $4 to use!

I was in Tennessee on business and left Memphis at about 9:30 PM to head towards Knoxville at about 1 AM I was done driving and stopped in Mount Juliet. Tried making reservations online but being that it was into the next day I couldn’t. I went into the hotel and Tim was at the reservation desk and proceeded to assist me. He spent a good 40 minutes on the phone Hilton Support and they were unable to book a room. However, Tim figured out a way to get me into a room and was so accommodating. When I stop by the front desk in the morning to check out, the manager was there and I didn’t get her name, but she kept apologizing for how long I had to wait for the room while Tim was figuring out the situation. I was more appreciative than anything. They comped my room, which I insisted they did not need to do. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing.

We stayed there in Aug. Noticed in Sept our credit card had an extra $75+ charge. Contacted the hotel, was assured somebody would get back to me in a couple days. Couple weeks go by, call again, same thing-no response from the hotel. Reach out to Hilton's customer service in Oct explain to them the issue. At first they couldn't find my submitted email, emailed again. Assured by them somebody would reach out to me. Nobody did. Now they are telling me to contact the hotel directly. If that would have worked the 1st time I wouldn't have been reaching out to them. It is now Nov, no response from anybody! It is very clear they don't value customer service. Up until this point I would have said great hotel.

Die Zimmer sind so klein, es ist lächerlich! Ich bin ein Mitglied der Diamond Elite ( ich verbleibe im Grunde in einem Hotel 4 Nächte pro Woche, EWER Woche). Dies ist das schlimmste Holiday Inn, in dem ich jemals verblieben bin. Für ein neueres Hotel ist es in ziemlich schlechter Form. Aber das Restaurant ist das schlimmste. Elena war trainiert und sie machte eine gute Arbeit, aber die Person trainiert sie war brutal, abschiedlich und uninteressant für niemanden außer einem einzigen Mann in der Bar. Sie hatten keine Martiniglasses (fremd), so servierte mein Kosmos in einem Highballglas. Die Mine war schlimmer und ich habe sie versehentlich gefallen. Es war extrem laut. Der Kopfbartner sah nicht einmal auf. Und als ich die Napkins gebeten habe, den Mist zu löschen, sah sie mich mit Verachtung auf ihrem Gesicht an. Sie bot nie an, den Mist zu löschen. Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass ich hier für 2 Wochen bin.
