Microtel is always the cleanest and best kept motel in the Bay Area. Breakfast is the best too! Dogs are allowed. Staff is very Nice. Ample Parking always. And you are 2 minutes from on ramps to 101 while still enjoying the mountains of Morgan Hill and south county Santa Clara.

I really enjoy my stays at the Microtel. It’s perfect for my needs. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean.

This Microtel us my favorite for when in Bay Area. It is managed at a “10”, is always clean, no grunge, polite staff, location location location, easy access to good food, and always 2 mins to hit the 101. Breakfast food is good. Two microwaves. Excellent lightening in hallways / lobby and rooms. Has a laundry for guests to use…

Hotel is close to highway so perfect for quick stop enroute. Check in was a bit slow, needed much information. Room was small but with okay bed. Cupboard fell apart but was not needed. Shower was okay. Free breakfast was with self-nuke egg muffin, very weak coffee but good chocolat muffins.

The service was very friendly and nice. Didn't really need to ask for anything they had the rooms nice and ready to relax I enjoyed my stay there and would like to stay again

Microtel had comfortable rooms, great customer service and a very convenient location for us to stay when visiting family who live in Morgan Hill. The price was quite reasonable. The grab-n-go breafast is quite basic, but sufficient and a big plus over the hotels that don't offer any breakfast.

Stay away from room 125. It is an old style handicap room. We turned on the shower and the bathroom immediately . The night attendant did not want to give us extra towels because she was afraid that the maid service would be upset. No, we weren’t handicapped so I’m not sure why they put us in that room

It was a fine place to stay and welcoming enough. The bathtub was damaged in a way that made it look unappealing. There were noisy neighbors yelling at 2:30 in the morning and then again at 3:45. Otherwise it was fine!

They had one employee having to do everything from give out towels give me a new key and check in. The first room had dirty walls and stains and light kept flickering. Had to change rooms and then keys would work until multiple keys were made for second room. Was a nigh**are

We always stay here when we go to Morgan Hill area. Love the people and very convenient plus good value for price!

We stayed here on December 23, 2023 to December 24, 2023 for $107 with two beds. Its was nice. Good price. Employees were nice

Very good hotel for the price. Breakfast needs significant improvement. Grab and go choice is very poor. More items must be added to match other hotels in the area.

Germs infested rooms, broken furnitures. We changed 5 rooms due to filthy showers , tubs and sinks. Still could not get a clean room. My wife was so tired of switching rooms and due to her health issues, so we bought a box of clorox wipes to wipe down the whole room ourselves. Rooms stink dirt and cigarettes. Horrible experience. I took many pictures which I will forward to Windham.

Sheets were not cleaned and appeared to have blood stains. Asked to move rooms which the counter person was very nice and accommodating. The cleaning staff were very rude and cleaned our room out while we were at breakfast before we even fully checked out.
