The first impression was not as good as it was expected from the 5* hotel. The superior room with the ocean view was terrible. All the details were shonw and explained to the manager lady who was accomponied me at that night and all the my stay's days. The room was changed the next day to deluxe one, what was much more adequate to 5*. I would like to tell many thanks to the manager lady, who was very attentive, helpful, polite all the days. Hotel's location is far enough from the city, the ocean has a very hard streams, what is dangerous, so, the stay was not that I was expexted to have. As a 5* hotel the rooms are needed reconstruction/repair. The suggestion for guests: if you want normal conditions, look for deluxe room, not superior or standart. Deluxe room is much more adequate to 5*.

Exceptional service at Cinnamon Bey. Mr Sandun Nishan was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay, this gentleman speaks 5 languages, made sure our stay was comfortable. The food was served promptly and was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Holiday with family in this hotel. The area is nice, the staff is constantly working and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, you definitely won’t leave hungry thank you very much for your service Kaveesha very attentive and smiling! ☺️☺️

Cinnamon Bey stands out in service. From checkin to restaurants to pool attendants to housekeeping, all of the staff are courteous, well trained, and go out of their way to make the stay memorable. Kudos to Kosala in housekeeping for keeping our rooms tidy and replenished with water, ice, and toiletries we wanted.

Exceptional in all aspects! The hotel facilities, especially the room conditions are great. (The air-conditioning in the rooms were spot on, this is a really underrated thing, but after staying in multiple hotel rooms, a good AC gives you great comfort) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful even during super busy times like dinner service. Food was just exceptionally good. I stayed for 4 meals and all 4 of them were consistent and good. They have a variety of food choices in the buffet from all over the world. Once again, great food in a hotel buffet is such an underrated thing nowadays. Overall, just exceptional in all aspects. Would highly recommend this place for stays or day outings.

Our stay in „Cinnamon Bey Beruwala“ was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel’s beach is very well situated, i.e. behind the reef (or rock) which protects it from very high and strong waves. I lived on the ground floor, so my window gave a view to a beautiful garden with exotic trees and the sea. The hotel staff is very service-minded. All staff meet and greet everyone with a smile. Food variety at the restaurant is enormous, so it is was hard to taste everything within one week of stay. The waiter Damith was especially kind and was ready to address all our needs during breakfasts and dinners.

It a nice hotel situated in a calm and peaceful place , kids friendly and the pools are really good , staff also helpful , breakfast was not not as expected and to be honest not worth for the money at all , also dinner buffet was so terrible for the money which paid Overall decent time spent Not worth for the money !

Das Hotel an sich ist schön, die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Personal sehr lieb. Der Garten auch wunderschön. Essen war umfangreich und lecker. Sehr sehr großer Nachteil für deutsche zumindest sind die überwiegen russischen gäste, die sehr laut sind. Das Restaurant ist unheimlich laut, kantinenmäsig und nicht für einen ruhigen Urlaub gedacht. Von draußen strömt noch laute musik rein. Es wurde uns auch noch ein leiseres Zimmer angeboten. Aber wir haben uns in dieser hektischen lauten Umgebung nicht wohlgefühlt.

One of the best resorts on the island for quality food. They serve authentic Sri Lankan cuisine as well as catering for the European/Chinese palate. Special mention to chef Upul Gamage who made us feel special. The Indian chef was very pleasant & made the best dosai. Relaxing time by the beach.

Das Hotel hat wirklich eine schöne Anlage direkt am Sandstrand und komfortable Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Gerade Savinda war sehr schnell und konnte sich sogar unsere Getränke, die wir orderten, merken. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir nicht mehr bestellen, er wusste direkt, was wir haben möchten. Die Rezeptionist*innen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und unsere Anliegen konnten immer schnell und zufriedenstellend geklärt werden. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

We booked our holiday through Emirates holidays and I’m sorry to say poor show from the moment we got there there was nothing but disappointment THIS IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE No restaurants were open and it is advertised on there website that they were The deluxe rooms that we are allowed to use the deluxe bar in an all inclusive package we were shocked to find out it was not included and was in fact a charged bar Now I will say this the staff was no fault at all they were supperb five out of five Only restaurant open was the buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner in buffet I’m sorry to say I did not fly 16 plus hours for cold food and people touching food and putting it back and further more I personally was ill every 2 days because of other holiday makers poor hygiene You will need Imodium and lots of it and be prepared for some vomiting and that’s not due to drink While we were there there was a lot of construction and areas being tapped off while trying to enjoy the sun and pool closures THERE IS NO SPA !!!! Do not believe the the website that is being advertised and the sister hotel also do not have the facilities to accommodate and no price list The a la carte menu that apparently we got was the hotels all day menu that they tried to claim was the different menu for the restaurants Apart from the deluxe bar there is only one other bar open next to the pool (main pool) The snack bar and drinks bar was not open next to the deluxe pool which is one of the reasons we splashed out on those rooms also the pool is only meant for those rooms only it is not enforced as there is no pool boy there and other holiday members take full advantage of this so while trying to relax screaming children and adults alike DO NOT SPEND EXTRA ON THESE ROOMS POINTLESS!!! Do not exchange money at the reception there money handling charge is high and they can’t exchange more than £400 meaning you have to do it few times and that money handling fee keeps getting higher and higher oh on other not won’t take Scottish notes On our arrival they cancelled our room and arriving after 16 hours spent next 2 hours trying to sort it out they still couldn’t understand that two rooms under different names and date of births and years tried to put us in one Also when you leave and have late checkout say in the evening.somthing that was not mentioned or said after 12 midday your drinks and meal privileges start to get charged and the bill does rise quite a fair bit not going to lie it felt like after all the tips giving they were trying to get as much money as they could possibly get out of us As for emirates the complaint was made on the 2nd day we were there and everything has been monitored Photos of construction Photos of the apparent a La carte menu Photos of the closed restaurants Photos of the state of pool decking with holes and so on There is no emirates representative at the hotel or has been our entire stay We sent all information a

體驗感非常不好,早早的就預訂了酒店,到了當地酒店卻被告知沒有預訂訊息,一大羣人都等在前台,非常糟糕,整個溝通都是三方來回扯。更離譜的是有一個訂單沒房了,不曾想攜程這麼大的平台也犯這種錯誤,貝魯瓦拉這個季節炎熱且傍晚蚊蟲叮咬,最後的解決方案也是糟糕透頂,自此再也不敢在攜程預訂境外酒店了。
