Very cozy and classy hotel in Hakuba , staff are very friendly with fluent English . Would definitely come back.

Close to ski lift, nice hotel, the staffs are helpful. The rental ski gears are quite new.

Everything was excellent and more. The only thing missing was a hotel shuttle service. Besides that perfect.

The rooms are nice and cozy with a big range of food for breakfast. Like the fact that in the onsen I can see snow.

Lovely and well maintained old elegant hotel. Room is very big with complete amenities and free shuttle from and to the station. Close to restaurant and everywhere. Staff are very helpful and kind. Onsen are nice and clean. We will come back for sure if we got a chance again 🙂

The hotel has a great atmosphere. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus that took us to Happo Bus Terminal. The food is absolutely delicious, with breakfast served in a buffet style featuring Nagano specialties, and dinner presented as a Japanese-French set menu. The onsen is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We also love locker area for keeping ski stuff and there also provide dressing area near by.

Had a great stay with great facilities and very close to the lifts. Having a rental shop is also very handy.

Awesome hotel, room is large and very clean. Breakfast is very nice. Convenient to go to nearby ski lifts by shuttle buses. There is an onsite hot spring spa with both indoor and outdoor pools. On site ski equipment rental too. Highly recommend.

Early check in before 2pm. Service is prompt and friendly. We drove and free parking. Plenty of space for parking. A quiet place with ski rental. It’s more convenient to have a car so that you can drive around for food and sightseeing. The onsen has 2 pools, indoor n outdoor. Not very big and usually not crowded. Hotel room is big and we had a balcony facing the snow mountains very cool. Wish the hotel provides some food options like more vending machines. The ski gondola is a few minutes drive away from hotel.

Never ever met such a terrible hotel! Dont go pls! They clean our room at unreasonable time slot - when we just finished breakfast and return to our room to change. We found all our bedsheets and pajamas on the floor, and they asked us to just wait outside of the room for their cleaning. The breakfast time slot was provided by hotel. We asked them to help call and book a restaurant for us, the hotel said because we check out tomorrow, they cannot book it. We visited japan every month and stayed in many cities and regions in japan but this is by far the worst one. No service and disrespectful. I dont understand where the good reviews come from. It must be fake.

Nice location, all the snow resort are within 20mins drive. Liking the onsen most!

Should book a car or else you have to walk 13 min from bus terminal since shuttle bus catered only at specific timing only

Breakfast spread was awesome and we enjoyed our best breakfast during our stay. Room was spacious with seat at the sink that doubled up as dressing table too and beds comfortable for our good night sleep. The front desk was helpful to book our yakiniku dinner. Highly recommend the hotel.

酒店是很不錯的，環境非常好。 但是那個****前台周某，知道我們***上來先和我們裝説日語，被我們司機無情揭穿，“你是***吧？” 然後這人很委屈又很自豪的表情來了句“我不是***，我是***” 真噁心。存心給我們一間414房間，問能不能換一間號碼的，和我們説全部訂滿了，我上來平台上一看，還有不少房。這種前台不但是酒店業的恥辱也是***的恥辱。另外，這種問題一定要通過反饋出來，如果這條評論不給通過我會投訴到底。
