This hotel was incredible!!! Extremely comfortable beds!!! Beautiful rooms. The food was unreal!!! 24/7 food including room service and a **** chicken cart that is out of this world!!! Only problem I had was my tub not being cleaned out when I asked or my mini bar being stocked.

Absolutely amazing. The room was very clean. The food at the different restaurants were just…PERFECT. Everything was PERFECT. I think the thing that stood out the most for me was how friendly each and every staff was. I definitely once felt like I was bothering anyone by asking questions about my stay. I will definitely book here again.

Front desk receptionist Kimara was absolutely great. When you first arrive they give you a glass of champagne. My room was beautiful (just wish it was directly in front of the ocean view instead of a side view). The only thing I wasn't happy with is my $200 credit. I called the day before my departure to get a massage and no one answered. And you can't use your credit next time, so that sucks. Other than that, the food was great, the people were great and I'll be back next year God's willing.

I have always wanted to stay at Secrets but never could. I finally have and I have no regrets for the most part. I enjoyed myself along with my friend. We would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is on a beautiful well maintained property, the room was clean and spacious, staff were generally welcoming with exception for the odd 1 or 2 interactions. However major improvement is required for the checking in process, I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be checked in, this is my second visit, the 1st was long as well but not as long as this occasion. The customer service agent was apologetic and also gave us a bottle of wine for the delay. I found the food at the main buffet area was quite limited, pasta station had for protein only seafood mix, entertainment was next to non- existing, not much excitement on the beach or pool, sport bar is a no as well Overall it is a nice property, but not much to do within the property, it was good for relaxation.

Great adult only resort, entertainment is the best!! Rooms are comfortable, food delicious and the staff amazingly friendly!! Great place to visit!!

J felt as though I was treated differently being a solo traveler. I wasn't given a tour of the premises like other guests and I wasn't informed and educated about the aspects a service I would get in my room. It too for the cleaners to show me features and benefits, to them I would say thank you

Hotel staff were not as friendly, accommodating as other resorts I’ve stayed at.

This is a terrible experience… never book with this hotel… I just book a hotel a few months ago. And I was super excited to go there with my wife after planing everything I just figure out that the government don’t allow people from Colombia can’t go to Jamaica. So I was in shocks. So I started cancelling flight other hotels and transportation. Everyone agreed that it was not my fault just the public situation with the COVID 19 Pandemic. Where everything is changing day a day. So I pay 604 usd for one night at this Hotel. And when I request for a refund or change date 3 days before the Check in. They just said to Trio agency that they don’t going to return the money just because it’s non refundable ( non refundable in COVID season ok). So I spoke with the Hotel Reservation and they said everything is with the agency because the didn’t charge the money. So I contact the agency TRIP and they said the manager of the Hotel don’t want to refund the money because cancellations policy. So I’m still without my money and with no coherent answer. Something that can help out. Without losing my money. It is not fair for this Hotel that the management doesn’t understand the situation at the world. And just think to keep my money. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL
