Beautiful cottage in Montecito What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat!

Perfect in all respects Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, great property and support Neighborhood is perfect and Pat support is awesome. The only suggestion for improvement is appliance. If the customers are not planning to make some meal during the stay. this will be perfect place to stay. The appliance, refrigerator, cook stove, kettle are all quite old - which I have concern to use during our stay.Just a suggestion for the owner. Otherwise, it is perfect. Thanks,
