Overall the hotel was fine because of proximity to city centre, however for the price point, it lacked several items such as shampoo/conditioner, soap, and hand towels. We also requested a room with a kitchenette, but was not given a room with a kitchenette. The breakfast was standard Italian sugar foods with limited fruits and selections of fresh items.

The accommodations were great. Very clean and comfortable. It only needed a light above the sink in the bathroom so I could see well when I shaved. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the ones with whom I had contact; Francesca, Lorenzo, Lorenzino, and the lady at the breakfast buffet, whose name escapes me now.

Very nice hotel in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Location is the main pro. Rooms are renovated and clean, good AC. Staff and service arevery friendly and good. Breakfast included is good, pleasantly served on their terrace. Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service (15euro/day) is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time limitations. If you're staying for longer it's definitely more worth to find another parking option that's cheaper and probably more convenient to reach. This said, they provided us with lots of different parking options, public and private. Overall we had a nice and quiet stay and would come back. We did not use the spa services so cannot review that.

We stayed here for several weeks in May and early June and were quite happy. The staff were always friendly and very attentive--from the desk staff to the cleaners. Our room was clean, sunny, and had two small terraces, one overlooking the main historic street of the city, which is remarkably without much traffic, and the other over a small narrow street without any traffic at all--only a little outside dining. The latter had a great view of the two bell towers of one of the most beautiful churches of the city. The hotel is in a renovated 14th- or 15th- century convent. All the rooms are modern in a sleek, if minimalist, style. There is a spa although we did not use it. The location is optimal. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from the town's beautiful historical central piazza, a four-minute walk from its larger cathedral piazza, and a seven-minute walk from the city's third beautiful piazza. It is within a seven-minute walk to nearly all of the town's better restaurants.

The hotel is very close to the main Piazza. Poppoli. So handy for everything. The person on the front desk was very efficient. The room was not overly big but quite sufficient. Nice. Clean and tidy as was the bathroom . Overall a good deal for the price

Non ho usufruito della spa quindi non posso giudicare, la stanza era abbastanza grande, ottima posizione in pieno centro, cordiale il personale, migliorerei manutenzione e pulizia (calcare e ruggine evidenti in bagno). Colazione abbastanza ricca.

Consigliato sia alle coppie che alle famiglie, appartamento molto spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort. Letto molto comodo con cuscini sofficissimi. Spa privata molto carina. Colazione abbondante, sia dolce che salata. Posizione ottima.

A prima vista una bella location, la camera invece un pò piccolina e la finestra affacciava sul palazzo attiguo a circa 2 metri, quindi se si vuole un po di privaci bisogna tenere le tende chiuse. Personale molto gentile, colazione discreta. La nota più negativa è stata la cifra che abbiamo sborsato per il nostro amico a 4 zampe “20€ a notte” neanche fossimo a Venezia.
