Yuebei Hotel

The hotel at this time is under renovation. So it’s quite dusty all over. The floor was filled with white dust everywhere. There are very very few guests staying so the breakfast wasn’t really good prepared for guests. On the first morning, we had only 2.boiled eggs since there was nothing left there for hot breakfast. Then we talked to the receptionist at the hotel, and told them to prepare for the better breakfast for next day. Then, it was quite ok on the second morning. The lady receptionist we met on the first and last day was very helpful to give us all needed information.

酒店位於黑龍江畔，緊鄰北極廣場，處於景區的核心地段。房間寬敞明亮，但是有衞生間反味，而且床品衞生有待加強。早餐中規中矩，吃飽就好。前台工作人員服務熱情，周到細緻。招牌上似乎沒有看到“精品”二字，景交車司機師傅都懟我了：“直接説悦北就完事了，還精品酒店，都給我整迷糊了！”

管理太差勁了，太亂了，下午5點多到達酒店，70間房的酒店櫃枱衹有一個接待員，好多客户都在等待辦入住，拿行李也沒人幫手，有些客户在因換房間的事吵吵嚷嚷，我訂的是豪華商務房，因為空調壞了，換了一間圓床房，進房間一看衞生程度好差，地下沒拖好多灰塵，工貝衹配了兩支牙刷，兩小瓶沐浴露😂早餐比商務連鎖酒店更差，大東北，小米粥是兑的😂無語了😓
