Die Landschaft des Hotels ist sehr schön und der Service und die Zimmer sind auch sehr gut, aber die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind dürftig und es gibt fast nichts. Es wird empfohlen, ein Auto zu mieten oder zu chartern, ansonsten kann nur im Hotel übernachtet werden.

Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Jahr 2020. In der Nebensaison konnte ich Miyakojima in vollen Zügen genießen. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter. Eine Sache, die mich störte, war, dass der Pescatore, den ich im Restaurant bestellt hatte, überhaupt nicht nach Meeresfrüchtebrühe schmeckte und sich anfühlte, als lägen Meeresfrüchte auf Tomatennudeln.

신혼여행으로 갔던 미야코지마에서 이 호텔을 선택한 건 최고의 선택이 아닐까 싶습니다 :) 모든 것이 완벽했던 시설, 프로그램, 뷰는 매일 눈 뜰때마다 행복했고 룸 클리닝 서비스 및 기타 호텔 자체에서 매일 진행되는 요가, 배쓰 솔트 만들기, 선셋 딜라이트 (샴페인 및 칵테일 제공)의 프로그램들은 궃은 날씨에 호텔에서만 지내야 한다면 지루하지 않게 해주는 매력적인 포인트입니다! 조식도 너무 맛있고 뷰도 너무 좋아서 다시 또 미야코를 간다면 꼭 방문할 예정입니다. 다만 이라부 섬에 위치해 있다보니 미야코섬 내에서 많이 움직일 예정이거나 시내를 선호한다면 숙박 기간 자체를 나눠서 스테이 해보시는 걸 추천해요 !

모든게 완벽했던 숙박... 숙소 내 레스토랑이 한개뿐이라는 것 외에는... 차가 있으면, 미야코지마는 위치가 중요하지 않았습니다

엄청 기대하고왔는데 신혼여행으로 왔는데 진짜 너무 실망스러웠습니다. 시설,뷰 직원들의 친절도는 매우 만족하나 디너는 너무 실망스럽고 이후 대처도 너무 최악이였습니다. 신혼여행이라 가격이 비싸도 일부로 첫날 기분내려고 디너신청한건데 간이너무쎄서 짜고 물만 마셨습니다. 위가 너무아파서 잠을 못잤습니다. 쉐프가 외국인인지 물어봤지만 아니라고 했는데. . 3번째 음식부터 쉐프메인 음식이엿는데 쉐프 이름건 음식이 . . . 식비만 디너 41239엔 썻는데 진짜 최악이였습니다. 재방문 절대 안해요! 이 가격이면 다른 4성5성급 가죠! 즐거워야할 신혼여행이라서 그냥 참았지 아님 클레임 걸었습니다! 가격에 걸 맞는 호텔이 되길 바랍니다. 미야코지민 2위 아닌것같아요😊

I am a Bonvoy member since 1999. I trust it and when I choose Luxury Collection I know what I get. Here it s a 3 star hotel falling apart it s all old Ikea furnished chairs armchairs tables swimming pool maintained very badly rusty scratched. Did not t throw 750€ a day here it s said for Bonvoy to have this hotel listed. No hall no entrance no charme even plants are in bad conditions and in japan even flowers in public streets are pure perfection.

Iraph Sui was a boutique hotel in a good location with excellent service from staff. The room was well decorated and all that was needed.They provided a free shuttle service to the airport and local beach. The restaurant was classy but expensive. Overall a very good place to stay in Miyakojima.

Stay here 5 nights. The room is spacious with good ocean view. Nice balcony also for you to catch the sea waves sound. Staff and service is good and there is an on demand shuttle to the nearby beach. Daily sunset champagne happy hour at 530 is excellent. Only downside is only 1 restaurant and pool can get crowded w the kids n location is in middle of nowhere close up.

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is 3 stars at best and charges 5 star rates. The property only benefits from its stunning views and location which is not unique and can be achieved anywhere on Miyako. The mid level room was over $1000 and was nowhere near the quality of the other luxury hotels we have stayed at on our two week honeymoon. All of the reviews that are glowing are surely from guests who do not know what a $1000 hotel experience should be. The service at dinner was unbearably slow nearly 2 hours to deliver 1 soup 1 salad and 1 entree. Water was never filled. Our server was so preoccupied in long conversations with other Japanese guests and tables with loud and disruptive children. Lastly the bed was unbearably hard. I know this is a personal preference but trust me there was something wrong with this bed. A hard foam bed with zero fluffy surface at all equivalent to putting a 1cm foam pad on the floor. You will be much happier staying at the brand new hilton hotel.

他の人の口コミにもあるが、スタッフ間の連携が取れていない(一つだけ怒らせてもらったことがあった)。 従業員の方一人一人は一生懸命で、そこは微笑ましいが、研修レベルみたいなサービスをされてもというところはあった。 スタッフ間の連携がなかったことによる事件の他、チェックアウト時に、こちらがお世話になりました。と言って鍵を渡したところ、ありがとうございました、とクールな返答。 巷のビジネスホテルでも、滞在はいかがでしたか？とか、またお待ちしてます、くらいいいますよ笑 しかも、この方、前日にスタッフ間の連携をせず、ミスがあった方。 朝方、マネージャーのような方に、昨日はすみませんでしたと言ってくださったのはよかったので、改めてこの従業員の方から、謝罪は不要だったが、こっちがお世話になりましたと言ってるんだから、普通の会話くらいしたら？と思いました。 ファミレスじゃないんだから。 他の従業員の方の動きも、新人みたいな動きが多く、基本行動の叩き込みから始めるべきだと思います。 今回、3泊し、オフシーズンということもあり、いつもより遥かに安い料金だったので、致し方なかったですが、オンシーズンで一泊10万円レベルなら、レベルが低すぎる印象。 ちなみに、偶然、数日前に、3泊バンコクのラグジュアリーコレクションに泊まってましたが、施設は古いも、スタッフのプロフェッショナルレベルは高かった。 向こうから、積極的に何か困り事がないか聞いてきたり、レートチェックアウトの提案やクラブラウンジをチェックアウト後もフライトまで使って良いですよなど、向こうもちゃんと名前も名乗って、またバンコク来たら是非また来てください、ってホスピタリティが素晴らしかった。 サービス低、場所と施設が良い、のこちらのホテルとは逆ですね。 日本のマリオットはサービスがいまいちなところが多いので、これからは絶対期待せず、宿泊代は、施設代だと思い利用しようとあたらめて思いました。 施設と場所:星4 サービス:星2(みなさん頑張ってはしてるのかと思いますが、基本動作すらできてない人が目につきますね。1人2人なら良いですが) で合計星3点です(一泊10万レベルの時なら星1.5くらいですね)

シャンパン飲み放題最高でした。ヴーヴグリコはもちろんソフトドリンクあり、おつまみの料理も食べ放題で味おいしい。とくにうみぶどうおいしかった。 お部屋のつくりもバスルームから外が一望できてすてきてす。 星1つへらしたのは、いちどチェックアウトしてしまうと外にシャワーなどがなかったことが不満でした。飛行機が夜便だと夜までにシュノーケルをしたりします。ちょっと足を洗うくらいの外シャワーがほしかった。ほかのヴィラにはあったので残念
